In this episode, I open up about one of the deepest realizations from my return home:
It was never just about the country.
The discomfort. The disconnection. The judgment.
All of it was reflecting parts of myself I hadnât fully accepted.I share my personal story of carrying shame after being sexually abused at 16, how I rejected parts of who I was, the triggers that came up with my family, and the inner work that changed everything.
If youâve been feeling out of place or resentful toward your country since coming back, this episode is an invitation to look within.
Because the way you feel about your home might just mirror the way you feel about yourself.

In todayâs episode, I dive into the powerful realization that you are made for more. I share a personal story about the first time I lived abroad and how it was an awakening moment. Living outside my home country opened my eyes to a world of possibilitiesâwhat once felt like a black-and-white life in my home country suddenly turned into a vibrant, colorful experience abroad.
However, going back home was difficult because I craved that color, that sense of freedom and possibility. I mistakenly thought I needed to go elsewhere to find it again, but the truth isâI am the color. You are the color.
I explain that when I say "you are made for more," I mean you are here to create your own path and reality. The challenge isn't about being back in your home country; it's about finding what truly matters to you, embracing it, and being brave enough to explore new things that will help you craft your unique journey.
Tune in to hear how you can break free from the black-and-white thinking and begin living a more colorful and fulfilling life, no matter where you are. You donât need to go somewhere else to find what youâre looking forâyou already have everything you need to create your own path.
