Ryan selected this coaching call from The One Percent to share on the podcast for a very specific reason. Cindy has been in business for 14 years but that whole time she was selling directly to businesses - she is just now getting started in the direct to consumer eCommerce world!
So of course she wonders, "is it too late now to change the whole business model?"
How can she pivot from B2B sales to selling directly on Amazon and Shopify? After finding Ryan's book, 12 Months To $1 Million, she decided it was time to transition her business that has been making great products that help dogs stay healthy and heartstrong to the front facing world of social media, list building, and connecting more directly with her customers.
In this podcast Ryan coaches her to see that she is sitting on a potential multimillion dollar business if she follows the brand building playbook and her timing could actually be perfect in this still booming sector!

After some early sales momentum Austin he wonders how he can maintain this kind of growth in his brand.
His pistol holster company is off to a good start but now he is wondering if it is time to hire an ad agency and where he should put his focus to make the most sales - YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook?
On this call in The One Percent Ryan & Greg both coach Austin into doubling down on what is already working and stress the importance of the depth of connections with his small audience, instead of aiming for the biggest the numbers.
With his higher price point and average checkout price he won't even have to generate as many sales per day to start moving towards a million dollar business, but Austin will have to go all in on creating captivating content and engaging with his audience.

Kianna has been going viral on TikTok and now as a new member of The One Percent going through "The Grind" she wonders, how do I turn all of this content into a real brand?
With Bradley & Chelsey joining Ryan on the call from Maple + Lark (a Capitalism.com community $100k/mo success story) they share some advice as the owners of brand that was also building an audience before they actually had any products to offer.
In this case, the fastest way for her to grow her audience may actually be having 1 link that builds an email list and offering her first physical product as fast as possible, if she can dial in her ideal customer and initial line of products.
Several of her videos have had over 1 million views... but can she turn enough of these viewers into buyers to build a million dollar business?

Tanicia is a mom building a brand for other women like herself who are into essential oils and wellness products. After joining The One Percent and going through The Grind Sprint she has now taken her first 11 sales!!
She almost didn't want to share this number on The One Percent call with Ryan because she thought this number sounded too low to be proud of, but Ryan reassures her that she is now on her way to having systems that will bring her in continued sales if she continues to do the work.
So how does she keep growing after this initial launch?
How can she make sales without being too salesy?
What kind of content should she make to engage with her audience?
Ryan answers all these questions and more during this coaching session. To join us at the next CapCon visit:

Luis is launching a brand for men who want to start a family and prioritize their health and wellbeing but he feels stuck wondering how to build an email list before his big launch.
With Bradley & Chelsey also on The One Percent from Maple + Lark (a Capitalism community $100k/mo success story) they share some advice from what they've learned around creating a successful pre-launch with a small audience.
Ryan recommends giving away a fitness program guide for free and documenting his own personal journey and the entrepreneurship journey of bringing physical products to the world.
The key to building his email list and audience will be transparency, authenticity, a bit of vulnerability, and creating some unique value for his niche - if he can do that he will have a growing list ready to buy whatever he has to offer!

Ben Corkery may hit the million soon enough with his brand having some $2,000 days and $60k months.
But before all of that Ben started as a copywriter who offered to write Ryan a few free emails, then some paid writing work, and THEN he had the idea to build his own brand less than a year ago after coming to CapCon.
He decided to build a company called âF Bombâ (aka freedom bomb), a beef tallow skincare product and all purpose body balm that is aggressively marketed as "Not Vegan".
In this episode Ben shares how he applied his copywriting skills, and embraced controversy to create a bold brand, targeted towards a specific audience and start bringing in big sales from day one.

Not too long ago Bradley & Chelsey founded Maple + Lark a cotton rope basket and toy brand that offers elegant storage solutions and eco-friendly, handmade products for parents of young kids.
In 2 years they have gone from 0 to a staggering $100k/mo, and they did all of this while homeschooling 4 kids of their own!!
If your excuse is that you do not have the time to build a business... you should meet this husband and wife power couple!
This episode will show you that if you feel stretched for time and can only focus on what is really working, you can still have tremendous success. In fact, working parents can have an advantage because they aren't so distracted by endless potential business opportunities.
Bradley & Chelsey built a real community before they ever had a real product and made their future customers feel like they were shareholders in this brand, since the community was so invested in their success.
In this episode the couple shares their challenges in fulfilling orders, scaling, adding additional products to the product line. Ryan asks them to share their wins, challenges, and what their vision for the future of Maple + Lark will look like.

Marwan has already sold a baby sunglasses ecommerce brand but he REALLY regrets not building that brand's audience more intentionally.
This time he wants to do it right but has concerns about using his face and his own personal brand content for this new brand he is starting to build.
He wonders, should these be 2 separate channels or all mixed together?
The first brand sold for 3x revenue but he knows he left a lot of money on the table not building a brand with an audience.
Ryan points out that the difference between just sales vs a "real brand" when it comes time to have an exit could be millions of dollars.
