Who Am I?
A very common thing I see in my clinic and with my clients is a loss of identity of who we are and what life we truly wish to live.Coming from a life of trauma it’s not necessarily easy to break the cycle and rediscover ourselves and who we are now or who we want to be. You may still be swimming in that pool where there is no longer anything on offer for you, hanging around the wrong crowd and energy that brings you down. - it’s time to take the leap and dive into the deep ocean and discover yourself: you never know what you may find or who you may meet. It may just be the real you!

In this episode I unpack the self worth suitcase and how it accumulates throughout our life and the layers of trauma that may be the subconscious negative narrative running the show!
What is below the self worth layer?
It’s not just ONE THING it’s a whole host of things that create your self worth.
What we are healing is the trauma that has lead to the decay of your self worth or it not being built or felt throughout your life.
Childhood trauma, workplace trauma, relationship trauma, family trauma - so many layers of hidden traumas can cause a lack of self-worth. It can be challenging to pin point or may seem small.

Will I ever feel normal again?
A question that is asked often when we are coming out of a particular situation - whether it be a toxic relationship, financial or emotionally draining relationship, physically abusive relationship etc etc.
What even IS normal?
Your normal can be whatever YOU want it to be.
It will get better when you allow it and DECIDE that it’s to be. No choice is a choice.

In todays episode I talk about little T’s and Big T’s when it comes to trauma, normalising the word trauma and recognising that the little t’s can still block us from making breakthroughs in our life or business.
These seemingly insignificant traumas matter and the body still needs to process it and move it through. The limiting belief and negative narrative running in our subconscious can still be affecting us in very subtle ways.

In today's episode I dive into a question about healing trauma - is it possible to recover from trauma in your home while the person is still living there?
Recovering from trauma while the person is still present is possible, however it is more difficult.
I cover the typical narcissistic behaviours, why setting boundaries and removing triggers are important and what the 5% means.
I also share some of my own personal experience and ask some powerful questions to ponder, if you find yourself in a similar situation.

Our partners more often than not won’t do the work and the healing on our timeline. By stepping back, we are allowing them the space to step IN and do the work.

By actively noticing and shifting the balance of the masculine and the feminine, we can create a better relationship dynamic. Managing expectations - do they know what you are desiring? What does that look like? It can be easier to do it with friends than partners as we are more emotionally attached to our partners, in general.
