I have found we are often hard on ourselves or amiss to the insights that our emotions cloud. How can we better embrace when we're wrong? How can we recover from those rough moments and emotions? Listen as we hear from Kathryn, a "wrongologist", who will shed some light on this topic.

Daniel grew up conforming to the ideas of what it meant to be a man through the critical words and judgments of the women in his life.
He was not going to be like his Dad or his Uncles. He was going to be a good guy and a nice guy. Little did he know that he was only masking and hiding who he truly was.
It wasn't until his 3rd marriage and counseling, that he finally realized his behaviors and beliefs were all under his self-deception, justification, and rationalization. Instead of helping others, he saw he was really hurting those he cared for and ultimately himself.
His paradigm shift allowed him to start living from the inside out with inner-peace and calm. Before it was all about him and his need for love. This story is about his experience discovering unconditional love.
