Hi again and welcome to my bi-weekly ramble. Today I’m talking about some of my recent travels, recapping my high school reunion, and starting to work with a personal trainer. Motivation is high right now because it has literally been 5 days. At the same time, the shorter days are starting to get to me–I’m taking extra care of my health and I encourage anyone listening to do the same!

I decided that if I want to transform my life, first I had to transform my health. Lucky for me known friend of the pod, Beverley Cheng, started her 30 day Body Mind Reset challenge a few days ago–it was the exact kick in the ass I needed to refocus on my health. I’m talking about my thoughts and expectations going into the challenge, rebranding minus the dramatic haircut, and turning ClassPass into a dating app.

(03:35) Phil is a content creator who pokes fun at the gluten free lifestyle on TikTok, where he’s built an audience of over 121K gluten-hating friends.
