Hey, It's me and my solo episode again!
I took a short break to focus on my RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy with amazing Marisa Peer) and today I had my first IG LIVE where I shared my experience using this method - both as a client and (student) therapist.
My main focus, when I started, was to figure out how can I live migraine free life. Especially after my 2-year-old daughter was worried about me every time I closed myself in a dark room for 2-3days. I felt miserable when my toddler suddenly became my care-giver in a way and I was in too much pain to even acknowledge it at that moment. That was it - it became my mission to fix it, to get rid of it forever and ever.
RTT happened to be on my way and I just took this sign from the Universe.
On this episode I'm sharing how it's going, also talk briefly about how the RTT session look like, on my IG account I share my journey as RTT student and share curiosities and educational info about this therapy method. I love to see you there <3

Now, put your earphones on, go for a walk or sit comfortably and enjoy!

Lella Violet Halloum is award-winning young changemaker ✊ technologist 👩🏻💻 & public speaker 🌍
She believes that no decision about her generation — the digital generation — should be made without them. She's working alongside volunteers aged 13-25 from the UK and Ireland who will ensure the voices of girls, young women and non-binary young people are heard.
At the end of our conversation, when the camera was off, Lella said: "I'd rather be famous for who I am, not just an 18years old, who did something..."
She is unapologetically herself and you can feel Lella's passion throughout the conversation!
I had to ask, what role her parents played to create this natural curiosity towards technology:
"I learned to see tech as this creative powerhouse and as something which has great potential to unite people".
She's the youngest IBM Z Champion and we talked about mentors and what characteristics someone needs to have to be successful in tech industry?

Diken Patel is a co-creator of a Swaraj Jail University, a real institution in India and the purpose of this university is not to teach the inmates so they can learn, because no one can teach us anything unless we are willing to learn! This university is about connection on a deeper level of being.
The Swaraj Jail University project began in October 2018 with the purpose of prototyping a self-designed learning program in the Udaipur Jail. The purpose is to help inmates explore their passions, gain practical skills, and re-ignite self-esteem, leadership and life vision in the face of the numerous challenges of incarcerated life. The inmates are invited to design their own personalized learning programs based on their interests and needs. Everyone is a teacher and a learner in the Jail University.

Anna Billerte is a yoga teacher, when I approached her for this episode she agreed immediately, after a while I received a voice message from her -
Jekaterina, but who are you?
This question made me think - what should I tell her?
This episode we start with Anna telling us who she is. Not what's she doing, but who is she in her BEING! And the whole episode was this free flow of unprepared questions and discovering this beautiful soul full of such an energy, that I in a good way envy a bit!
She had a very good job and everything she wanted in fact, but there was 1 thing missing. Happiness inside. But what is this happiness really?
She left everything and left the country. Left to find herself and yoga. What did she learn on this journey?
And as for my introduction... well, you can check it out on @unknown_cool_people IG

"They say that knowledge is power. I don't think that knowledge is power. I think. Knowledge is knowledge, but it becomes powerful when you know, when to apply it."
Chenge Ngoshi likes to look at technology, the way it solves problems and comfort solutions.
We talk about entrepreneurship, how it's different from his home country Zimbabwe and Europe, the power of mindset and why he constantly challenges himself to become better.
He finds that the biggest obstacle in anything is yourself. If you doubt what you want to do, if you're not sure and you talk yourself out of doing anything, that could be the biggest obstacle.
I was reminded me an essential truth - to be grateful for who you are and that you exist! I find it so powerful! - Vis mere
