Otherwise they plan on suing the university saying that the administration illegally discriminated on the basis of race, did not punish more egregious anti-Semitic content from other faculty members and violated Wax’s contract (which promises free speech), and the American with Disabilities Act (for not accommodating her cancer treatments during the investigation.) -
