-
Vinny is joined by fellow attorney and friend Criag Handler to break down the bizarre attack on Paul Pelosi by David DePape. The two discuss the plausibility of the narrative that has been told thus far. How did someone get inside the bedroom of the home belonging to the 3rd most important government official in the country with nothing more than a hammer?
The two talk about Elon musk's tweet regarding the attack and the cultural phenomenon of being called a conspiracy theorist if you dare question the official government narrative.
-
Vinny does another live show and is joined by lawyer and veteran Craig Handler to break down the death of a thief who picked the wrong smoke shop but will store clerk Johnny Nguyen end up charged with manslaughter in the end?
The two break down all of legal consideration and how self defense really operates a little differently both in Nevada, NY and even Texas. Vinny makes the argument that there are many factors that will hurt the clerk owner including how he handled the the suspects body after stabbing him and telling him to "shut up" as he begged for help.
The two compare this attack to the one in NYC where a bodega owner was forced to stab his assailant to death. That bodega owner was arrested and charged but ultimately released.
