Hans和Fu是在蒙特婁念大學時候的朋友，兩位都是從90年代就開始吃飯配NBA的死忠球迷。數年前就覺得美國體育圈有數不清的體壇podcast，但用中文討論NBA的節目卻少之又少，於是秉著＂與其抱怨現況倒不如成為改變的一部分＂的理念，Hans和Fu決定開始自己製作podcast，也開啟了每個禮拜深夜錄podcast的日子。
也造就了『🌍全球第一個NBA中文 podcast』
至今錄製節目級數邁向500集，核心觀念是：NBA不只是籃球，籃球討論沒有限制，可以從球員特質、邊線戰術、聯盟經營、創業理念，聊到種族文化多元，社會正義的價值在哪裡。
開錄超過8年的小人物上籃，從NBA主節目，到NBA fantasy basketball，到台灣籃球；從2個人，到3個節目的一群人，到主持人戲稱(但是很認真！)的小人物宇宙！小人物上籃除了主持人觀點，也已經邀請超過200位來賓，透過每個禮拜和來自世界各地愛籃球的小人物來賓們討論，和聽眾分享各種從籃球延伸出來的議題－討論對籃球熱愛的深度以外，同時也希望能一步步把運動文化與價值信念向前推！
