My life was turned upside down in the year 2022 as my dear loving wonderful spouse Matt was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease. He's 54. I'm 43. Our daughter is 2.
The purpose of this episode is to honor my husband, honor my own journey, honor our daughter, and honor our little family's experience with this tragic diagnosis. The question isn't "Why me, God?" The question is "What is the meaning of this, God?" That provides a context for me to grow personally into the next iteration of KAT. That's how I want to show up. Thank you for listening!

Maybe when life gives you lemons... the obstacle is the way? Kat finally peels off the bandaid and gets this show out there!
Ellen's approach stems from a life-changing head injury and subsequent near-death experience. This spiritual event gave Ellen first-hand knowledge of the immense web of love and support that is available to us at all times.
Over the past 14 years, she has developed an approach that combines transpersonal counseling, music therapy techniques, meditation, crystal singing bowls, journeying through essential oils, guided imagery and intuition. Her goal is to help you use music and imagery as a tool to connect with something greater, recognize your untapped potential, and discover how to lead an inspired, content and harmonious life.
