ATT channel update,
I totally screwed up the recording in this one (*technical explanation for nerds* I pressed in the PAD for my microphone by accident probably when moving the audio interface, this reduces the sound for one mic by about 20db, I couldn't just bring that mic up in post because a was streaming the processed audio to obs in mono. So when trying to fix it with post processing it inevitably introduced distortion, otherwise you wouldn't have heard me at all! and Ben would have been extremely loud)

We talk with Kyle Morrison, a PhD student in the realm of Zoology and Meta-analysis. We try to see eye to eye about morality, we try to come at it from the perspective of applied morality, as abstract concepts of morality don't really affect much in how you live your life. For example, what worldview allows us to apply morality more effectively? Kyle suggests that we should simply use science and to disregard the beliefs of our ancestors, as science can evolve and adapt over time, this would give us a "science of morality", were we can deduce what we ought to do from "facts about human well-being". Is this a tenable stance? Or are our ancestors not as stupid as modern man is so quick to believe? And is an abundant life, with all our needs met, to be able to live with ease, a life worth living? Where does meaning come in? And how does this relate to the notion of "Faith"?

In this episode Ben shares a few words on the book of Jude. He references a cool little book called "The Books of The Bible (Pt 4)". A book of the New Testament in chronological order and written in the style of a normal story.

This is a casual conversation discussing the stories outlined in Matthew 8, and it has it all. After Jesus gave the Sermon on the Mount, he makes his journey down and across the surface of the sea, he heals many, the faith or lack thereof of the people are exposed and marveled at. And yes, this is the one were Jesus calms the storm. But what is so important about all this? Why should we care? This episode is a wake up call, a description of the state of modernity, and a call to adventure, may your acceptance of the task be your ticket on the boat.

We take a look at the story of Ruth in the Old Testament. How does Ruth relate to us as Christians and how does the story by which the line of Neomi was preserved relate to how we are to interact with The Church and how we are to be saved through Christ?

You've read the title, so.. what's the answer? Well this video doesn't claim to completely answer the question nor do it perfectly, however Ben kicks us off with that simple question. What does it mean to even be a Christian or non- Christian? Our we set free by these strange beliefs or constricted? And if we are to be Christians, what are we to do in light of that? If these things intrigue you, enjoy.
