We spend so much time chasing the perfect routine… but what if the habits that actually change your life are the small, unglamorous ones?
This week, we're talking about the routines that genuinely help us feel calmer, more grounded, and a little more like ourselves. From the pressure of the "perfect" morning routine online to the tiny habits that make chaotic weeks feel manageable, we're sharing what's actually worked for us (and what definitely hasn't).
We also chat about how routines evolve during different phases of life, the habits we're still trying to build, and why consistency will always matter more than perfection.
If you've ever felt guilty for not sticking to a routine, this episode is for you 🤍

Everyone seems to think long-distance relationships don't work... but is that actually true? This week we're talking about what really changes when your relationship becomes long-distance, how Nat and Marcus make it work, the routines that help them stay connected, the highs of finally seeing each other (and the lows of saying goodbye), and whether distance makes a relationship stronger... or just reveals what's already there. If you're in a long-distance relationship, have been in one, or think you could never do it... this episode is for you 🤍

In this episode, we're talking about something that's been on our minds lately: is nightlife actually dead... or are we just lame?
We start by looking back at our first memories of going out, when everything felt exciting, chaotic, and full of possibility. From questionable outfits and late-night adventures to the routines and rituals that defined our early twenties, we reflect on what going out used to mean to us.
Then we get into the difference between going out at 20 versus going out in your mid-20s, whether nightlife itself has changed or if our priorities simply have, and the shift from chasing chaotic nights out to preferring dinners, drinks, and being home before midnight.
We also talk about the nostalgia we feel for certain places, friendships, and nights that seem impossible to recreate, the moments when we realized our relationship with nightlife had changed, and what we actually enjoy about going out now.
Soooo... is nightlife dead, or are we just boring?

In this episode, we're talking about something that quietly influences almost every decision we make: what does success mean to us?
We start by looking at the version of success we grew up believing in, the milestones we thought we'd have reached by now, and then we get into the difference between looking successful and actually feeling fulfilled and whether success is something external or something deeply personal.
We also talk about whether career success automatically leads to happiness, the tension between being ambitious while craving a softer, calmer life, and how failure, rejection, and uncertainty have shaped us far more than our wins ever have.
Because maybe success isn't about having everything sorted out... maybe it's about building a life that actually feels good to live?
-
In this episode, we're talking about one of the trickiest friendship dilemmas: what to do when you hate your friend's boyfriend.
We get into the difference between disliking someone's partner and genuinely worrying about your friend, how to handle seeing red flags before they do, and when it's worth speaking up versus staying quiet. We also discuss the fear of damaging a friendship, the frustration of watching someone stay in a bad relationship, and how to support a friend without pushing them away.
It's a mix of honest conversations, friendship loyalty, relationship blind spots, and the difficult balance between protecting a friend and respecting their choices.
Sooooo... when should you tell a friend you don't like their boyfriend? And what happens if they're not ready to hear it?

Amsterdam is one of those cities people dream about long before they ever move there. The canals, the bikes, the cozy cafés, the seemingly perfect lifestyle. But does the reality actually live up to the hype?
In this episode, we're sharing our honest thoughts on what it's really like to live in Amsterdam. We talk about what makes the city so special, the realities of building a life here, Dutch culture, the international bubble, and the pros and cons that people don't always see from the outside.
Whether Amsterdam is as exciting as it looks online, we're discussing the good, the bad, and everything in between. Is Amsterdam truly worth the hype, or is it better as a fantasy than a reality?

In this episode, we’re opening up a conversation that honestly isn’t talked about enough in the female space: money, business, and what it really feels like building a career for yourself.
We get into the financial realities of freelancing and entrepreneurship, from unpredictable income and learning how to manage money properly, to the risks, pressure, and freedom that come with stepping away from the stability of a 9–5. Karina also shares what it’s been like navigating this new chapter as a full-time freelancer and business owner.
It’s a mix of honest conversations, money lessons learned the hard way, and the financial advice we wish women talked about more openly.
Sooooo… what does financial freedom actually look like? and is it worth the risk that comes with creating your own path?

In this episode, we’re talking all things proposals, from the chaos happening behind the scenes to the moments no one sees online.
We tell the story of how Jordi showed us Nina’s ring before the proposal, the stress of trying to keep the secret, and the ridiculous ways we accidentally gaslit her into thinking it wasn’t happening anytime soon.
We also talk about:
– Nina's full proposal story–The subtle clues she started picking up on before the proposal
– What it actually felt like watching one of our best friends get engaged
– The unexpected role friends play behind the scenes of a proposal
– The pressure social media puts on “perfect” engagements
– The types of proposals we each secretly dream about
– How getting engaged changes the way you start thinking about your futureThis episode is chaotic, emotional, funny, and veryyyy girlhood coded.

In this episode, we’re talking about something that sounds simple… but is actually one of the most layered parts of life: building female friendships, and how to create your village.
We discuss whether friendships are supposed to be “effortless”, the guilt of growing apart, and what it actually means when a friendship changes. How to maintain long-distance friendships when life pulls you in different directions and the “I feel left out” conversation that no one wants to have, but almost everyone experiences.
Somewhere in between all of that, we talk about healing parts of yourself through your friendships… and why the kind of love you build there matters more than we sometimes admit.
Wherever you’re listening we hope you enjoy!

In this episode, we’re talking about something that feels both so far away and weirdly close at the same time: the kind of parents we think we’ll become…
We discuss about the traits from our own parents we’d want to carry forward, and the ones we’re not so sure about. the kind of childhood we’d want to create, the personalities we imagine our future kids having, and how much of us is inevitably going to show up in the way we raise them!
We love to think about how our kids would actually be like together… would they be best friends or complete chaos? what would family holidays look like? and would we even all be raising them in the same place?
Soooo… what kind of parent do you think you’ll be? and would your future kids get along with ours?!
-
In this episode, we’re talking about something that almost everyone questions at some point: how the f*ck does one actually find a good boyfriend?!?
we kick things off with a fun little “he’s a 10, but…” rapid fire, and then get into the real stuff.
Nina and Nat share what it’s actually been like finding themselves in long-term relationships, how they knew, how it happened, and what made this relationship feel different from everything before. Isabella reflects on her past experiences… what’s worked, what really hasn’t, and the patterns you only see once you’re out of them.
It’s a mix of stories, lessons, and a bit of us still figuring it out in real time.
Sooooo… where do you actually find a good boyfriend? and how do you know when he’s actually the right one?

in this episode, we’re talking about something that shaped all of us in very different ways: the schools we grew up in.
we start with sharing our completely different experiences, from private school to public school to international school, and how those environments actually felt from the inside.
then we get into:
- the stereotypes around private vs public school (and what’s actually true)
- some very out-of-touch wealth stories
- the assumptions people make about you based on where you went to school
- how those environments shaped our personalities and perspectives
- and whether we’d want the same for our future kids
which school environment did you grow up in? And would you choose the same for your kids? We are curious to hear <3
-
In this episode, we’re talking about cheating and whether we think a relationship can actually survive it.
We start with our own experiences, from being cheated on to how it’s shaped the way we see trust and love.
Then we get into:
– what actually counts as cheating (and how blurry it is)
– why people cheat even when they’re “in love”
– what it feels like to find out
– why some people stay and others leave
– whether trust can ever really come back
– and the difference between a one-time mistake vs a patternVery honest, very opinionated, and definitely not black and white! We hope you enjoy <3
-
In this episode we’re basically spiraling about the future a little bit... but in a fun way!
We get into what we’re actually thinking career wise, if influencing is something we see ourselves doing forever or if we have a different plan, and what building a life outside of social media could even look like.
We also talk about where we see ourselves living next… Are we staying in amsterdam forever? Are we moving? Are we randomly ending up in the cayman islands? Truly who knows.
We get into marriage, kids, and all the things no one really has clear answers on, like if we’d share our kids on social media, how being far from family would work when having kids, and what kind of life we actually want to build.
Tt’s very much one of those conversations where you realize you don’t have it all figured out… but maybe no one does!!
-
In this episode we’re talking about confidence, not as something you either have or don’t, but as something you build, practice, lose, and rebuild again.
We get into that classic question of “what makes someone confident?” and why the answer is way less about the way you look than we’ve been told.
We talk about the phases where we were deeply self-conscious, the versions of confidence we kind of faked before we actually felt it, and the moments where our self-esteem was at its lowest (which, honestly, shaped us the most).
We also get into the habits and boundaries that slowly built real self-worth, the insecurities we’re still working through, and what it actually costs to reinvent yourself and show up differently.
Basically, this episode is us figuring out what confidence really looks like when you stop trying to seem confident… and start becoming it. Wherever you're listening to this, we hope you enjoy!

In this episode we get into a question that feels simple but somehow isn’t at all: are we taking our husband’s last name… and what does marriage actually mean to us?
We start talking about the relationships we grew up around and how much they’ve quietly shaped what we think a “good” marriage looks like. And then it kind of spirals (in the best way) into expectations, identity, independence, and all the things no one really explains to you when you’re younger.
We talk about the first time we actually thought about changing our last name and why it suddenly feels like it carries so much more weight than just paperwork.
We also get into the parts people don’t always say out loud: the fears around marriage, the financial reality of building a life with someone, and how independence fits into something that’s meant to be forever.
Basically, this episode is us trying to figure out what marriage actually means to us, now: not what we were taught, not what we see online, but what actually feels right.
Wherever you're listening to this, we hope you enjoy!

In this episode, we’re opening up about the things we’ve never talked about online. The stories behind our public personas, the parts of our lives that felt too raw, too real, or too sacred to share until now.
We share:
• Bells’ experience with grief arriving too early, learning how to process loss and the emotions that come with it.• Nat’s journey with endometriosis, and how it reshaped her relationship with her body, fertility, and future life plans.
• Karina’s experience with depression and self harm, and why she's never felt able to talk about it publicly before.
We talk about how these experiences shaped who we've become, and why learning to speak up and ask for help was the most important step we took.
If you’ve ever felt alone in something you didn’t know how to talk about, this episode is for you.
Trigger warning: This episode discusses grief, self harm, depression, and medical topics. Please listen with care.

In this episode, we’re unpacking what it’s really like to build a business with your best friends, from chaotic Canva nights to moments that made us realise this was bigger than a passion project.
We talk about the assumptions people make about Amsterdam Girlies, the behind the scenes chaos no one sees, and how friendship, trust, and timing turned an idea into a real business.
We reflect on:
– What people assume about Amsterdam Girlies that isn’t actually true
– The moment we realised this could become a real business
– Learning to make decisions as friends and co founders
– What each of us brings to the table and how it balances out
– How much of our success was timing, luck, and strategy
– How we handle disagreements without killing the vibe
– The things we wish we’d known before starting
– The burnout moments no one sees
– How building a business together changes a friendship
If you’ve ever thought about building something with your friends, wondered if it would ruin the friendship, or felt the pull to create something bigger than yourself, this episode is for you.

In this episode, we’re unpacking our university years, from the versions of ourselves who first stepped onto campus to how wildly different our uni lives looked in the US, the UK, and Amsterdam.
We reflect on:
– Who we were when we first started university
– Why the degrees we chose at 18 made sense at the time vs what we think about them now
– The expectations we had vs. the reality we lived
– The friendships that shaped us for better or worse
– Moving cities and countries and how that changed us
– The chaos we caused while technically “studying”
– The ways uni didn’t prepare us for adult life
– The decisions we made back then that still shape who we are nowIf you’ve ever looked back at your uni years and thought “that version of me was unhinged, but necessary”, this one’s for you.
