As we close out 2024, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the year and plan for what’s ahead. In this podcast episode, I share my process for reviewing the year, setting mindful goals, and simplifying planning for 2025.
One of the most important steps in a year-end review is celebrating your wins—both big and small. Our brains naturally focus on what didn’t happen, but taking time to identify moments of growth, progress, and gratitude can help reframe your mindset. Ask yourself: What worked well? How did I grow? Then, reflect on one thing you’d like to adjust in the new year.
When planning for 2025, remember this: more goals don’t mean better results. Focus on fewer priorities so you can go deeper and make real progress. Avoid the all-or-nothing mindset that comes with a new year. If you can’t see the whole year clearly, bring the timeline closer. Plan in 30- or 90-day increments and take consistent action—80% action, 20% consumption.
Finally, identify who you need to be to achieve your goals. What behaviors and habits will move you forward? Let’s simplify, focus, and make 2025 our most intentional year yet.

Hello, beautiful friend! Today’s episode is all about finding calm amidst the digital clutter. After relocating my workspace to escape harsh shadows and background noise, I’m excited to share five powerful steps to achieve an organized inbox.
Here’s a sneak peek of what I cover:
Declutter Your Inbox: Use a tool like Unroll.Me to unsubscribe from emails that no longer serve you. This will free up space and reduce distractions, especially from promotions and unwanted newsletters.Label Effectively: Set up labels for key categories without going overboard. I use minimal labels for business but add more for personal emails (think finance, school, etc.). The goal is simplicity, not overwhelm!Transfer Tasks to Your Calendar: Avoid using your inbox as a to-do list. Instead, transfer tasks to your calendar, budgeting time for them to create a clearer inbox and a more focused workflow.Use Inbox Pause: This Google Chrome plugin prevents new emails from distracting you while working. It’s ideal for focused inbox time without interruption.Combine Accounts When It Makes Sense: Streamline multiple email accounts by forwarding older addresses to your primary inbox—keeping things consolidated and easy to manage. If you're ready to go even further, join me for Digital Declutter Day on December 9! Register now for only $47 (the price goes up December 1!) to declutter together and prep for a fresh start in the new year. See you there!

Okay friends, it’s time for the final episode in this mini-series, and I’m so hyped to dive into this content and give you the scoop on the exciting free webinar I’m hosting in just a few short weeks!
This episode is all about the common repetitive tasks that you should (seriously) consider outsourcing to a VA. These tasks can occur on a daily, weekly, monthly, or even annual basis - but can truly help you propel your business forward by allowing you to take back your time and focus on your zone of genius!
I’m also talking about the costs of outsourcing vs DIYing it, and the benefits of having a virtual assistant. By highlighting these repetitive tasks and the costs of handling them yourself versus the benefits of hiring a VA, you can effectively demonstrate to your podcast audience the value and necessity of bringing a virtual assistant into their business operations.

Have you ever found yourself on that hamster wheel, using the same phrases over, and over, and over? Yep. Been there. And in this episode I’m detailing exactly what those repetitive phrases mean about the BTS of your business and how they can indicate that it’s time for you to hire a VA!
It might sound like…
“I don’t have enough time…”
“I’m always behind on emails…”
“I can’t focus on the bigger picture with all of these day-to-day ops tasks!”
“I wish I had someone to handle this for me.”
“My social media accounts are so negleted…”
“I just need more hours in the day…”
“It feels like I’m always putting out fires!”
“It’s been weeks since I’ve had a day off!”
“I'm missing out on opportunities because I can't follow up quickly enough.”
“I need help but can't afford a full-time employee.”
These phrases reflect common struggles business owners face that signal the need for additional support. A virtual assistant can help address these issues, allowing business owners to reclaim their time, focus on strategic growth, and maintain a healthier work-life balance. Ready to learn more about how a VA can help you get off that hamster wheel and take back your time? Connect with me over on Instagram, and let me help!
