As ever, we hope you find information, entertainment & enlightenment from each of these interviews.
In front of a pretty good room, these venerable guests were quite gracious with information on everything from their background, careers, plans for the future, and of course, most of all, their lasting masterwork.
Guests: Gabriel Rodriguez & Jay Fotos
co-hosts: Tony & nout

Who else could ever be the meanest, smartest and most kind man in all of comics, all at the same time? Howard Chaykin can! Drop a quarter in and listen to him orate for an hour. This wonderfully free-wheeling and deep-diving conversation should still produce the things you came here for: insight, humor, snide criticisms and above all: FUN!
Listen to Howard talk about his carreer, his predilections and turn-offs, the meaning of life and the (non)sense of all things.
Recorded at the Spring 2019 edition of the FACTS-convention in Gent, Belgium.
Co-hosts: Tony & nout

We could hardly believe it either: a one-on-two panel with that indie mover and shaker, comics legend, the co-creator of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles himself AND an amazing, genuine, sincere, loveable and approachable guy.
Hope you enjoy!

This free-wheeling, relaxed conversation was a real joy. There's a peaceful energy and enthusiasm in Ramon that really fires you up.
Hope you enjoy this talk on his comics career.

Back from oblivion, there's a whole slew of new work set to appear in the coming days.
This is the second panel of the FACTS 2018 Fall edition, wherein Alain & Chad don't merely talk about their time drawing Harley Quinn, but all the the fascinating ins and outs of working professionally in comics.
Join nout & Tony as Brainfreeze gets back on its podcasting panel horse!

A lazy Sunday afternoon. At the time, I obviously didn't know this would be my last opportunity to talk to the late, great Carlos Ezquerra. It was a joy to meet and talk to him. I hope you enjoy listening to this talk as much as I enjoyed having it.
From the irradiated wastelands to the towering blocks of Megacity One, there are no artists who have created more lasting and consistent imagery for the sci-fi comics magazine-that-could than Carlos Ezquerra. So strap on your Lawgiver, hop on your Lawmaster and ride along as we look back on the indelable mark this fine artist has left and of which he will forever be such an integral part.

Venerable Disney animator and creator of Darkwing Duck talked during a FACTS-panel end of September 2018 about his time and career at Disney and beyond, his most famous creation DW and so much more!

We're back!
During FACTS 2018, we had the opportunity for a decent interview that turned into a deep diving conversation on all kinds of nerd and comics things, with David LaFuente, Spanish artist par exellence on titles like Ultimate Spider-Man & Archer & Armstrong.
Enjoy!

Here is a rather unique opportunity: we have captured one of comics’ most notorious (and reportedly quite grumpy) writers and are about to to pick his brain. Known for frequent collaborations with 5-star artists (and past FACTS-guests) like Eduardo Risso and Lee Bermejo, Brian Azzarello is most closely associated with crime stories that break down the genre conventions like 100 Bullets or Joker and Luthor, but he hasn’t shied away from mainstream work on familiar characters like Spider-Man (though with a decidedly underworld slant) or Wonder Woman. He enjoys riling up fandom with Doctor 13 and Before Watchmen. Probably even earlier on with Hellblazer as well. Most recently, he finished DKR III The Master Race with Frank Miller and started mashing more genres together in Moonshine. Our spotlight is shining straight into his eyes and we demand answers to all our questions.

Finally, we're back!
And just in time too. There's a new con just on the horizon, so this one had to get out there.
My apologies for the poor audio quality at the start, it does improve markedly about 10 minutes in.
Panel members: Scott Williams, Mark Farmer and Julien Hugonard-Bert.

Recorded at the FACTS in October of 2017, this is an hour-long interview with famed writer/artist Ted Naifeh. I was joined by my good friend, scholar and Naifeh enthusiast Eva.
Ted is the author of Courtney Crumrin, Night’s Dominion, Gloom Cookie and Heroines. Come back soon for the final FACTS foray of 2017 as we officially welcome 2018 and start our own nerd academic year.

The second of 3 panels recorded at Fall 2017 FACTS. This was actually the last one recorded, the next one will the the first. Don't ask why, I'll tell no lies.
Scott Williams & Alex Sinclair, comics vets if ever there were any, talk at length about Image Comics, Wildstorm (and Homage) Studios, Jim Lee, the comics process and much, much more.

1,000,000 Moms Against tits!
A new FACTS-edition means new panels to glom onto!
For this new episode, Sean Murphy was gracious with both his time and insights into his comics, his art and his view on all things.
Aside from an interesting look at the scope of his career and some banter on the comics industry, there's a good chunk of discussion regarding his latest work: Batman: White Knight.
Enjoy the interview!

#100: Happy Dies!
