Coach Peter Glassford and Author Molly Hurford dive into the nuances of choosing the right race category and balancing performance with life priorities.

    First, we answer a listener's dilemma: Should you race in a category where you can build confidence and work on race craft, or should you jump into a tougher and/or longer race category? We discuss how to weigh factors like race duration, speed, and even how family and race scheduling might influence your decision.

    Next, we explore the question of how to approach racing during life's transitions, especially as you get older. We discuss how several clients have balanced aging and racing.
