Halloween 1992, and the people of the UK sit down to watch a new programme on ghosts in the Greater London area. Presented as a live documentary, many were taken in by the realism and were terrified by what they saw, with more complaints being to the BBC in hour than ever before. It even caused symptoms of PTSD in children and gained an entry into the British Medical Journal.
This is the story of Ghostwatch, a programme that scared a nation.

Pam Am Flight 121 crashed on the 18th of June 1947, one of the surviving officers risked life and limb to save as many as he could from the wreck. His name was Third Officer Gene Roddenberry. This tragedy would not only change his life but inspire him to create Star Trek and change pop culture history.
