Hello my lovelies, On this episode, I enjoyed having a conversation with Steph Kapela who more than anything I admire for owning his story, a thing I feel majority of us young people need to do. Its something I am embracing and hopefully, I get to see the other side of this story. I am more than happy to give you front seats to my cycles. Embrace YOUR cycles!

Don't you guys just love how all you need to crack any industry is information and strategy. On this episode, I demonstrated my love for all my followers and girlies who've asked me how to start content creation or influencing by bringing you an insider with all the tea!
Also I'm far from it as far as some of my peers are concerned haha, but give me a little time, I'll show you!.
So as we watch or listen in let's make a vow to JUST START?
Cheers to unlocking a new Cycle my loves!

Hello my lovelies,
Its been foreveerrrr! I apologize for being MIA but I took a much needed hiatus to just rest and put the little pieces of my big life in perspective. I'm back with a fun episode I did with Isaac, the governor's photographer. He tells us how his dreams manifested and how his experience as a creative in the second highest office in Nairobi has been.
Listen in, I love you and thank you for rocking with me!
-
Guys,
Did you have any superstitions growing up? I had plentyyy and Esther and Aisha think my childhood was in the pits haha! On this episode we shared a few of our superstitions with you as we learnt about Esther and her make or break decision a while back. Thank you for listening!

Hello GUYSSSSS!
As I type this, I'm shivering like crazy, I don't thrive in cold weather! I want out....
But I'm happy about the warmth my voice and Aisha's will bring to your world for the next 42 minutes. On this episode, we talk about money and we get honest about how we've navigated having it and not having it. We also shared some of our beliefs and attitudes towards money and we hope you can share yours too!
Enjoy, Nawapenda sana!

Holy Cow!
I've been away three weeks and I've missed speaking to you guys the most. On this episode, I have Aisha (my favorite girl) and Hillie (my partner in word hunt).
On here, we get very candid about whether social media popularity has changed how we see ourselves and relate to others, we also recollect how and when we realized our following was expanding and what we made out of the situation. My girls also acknowledged pretty privilege and we gave the pros and cons of social media as we know it now and a whole lot of relatable stories. Dive in and enjoy!
Thank you for rocking with me I love you!

Wharriiriss warridooooo Cyclers!
On this episode, Sandra, Aisha and I talk about the Kitchen! From Hilda's ground-breaking achievement to rating our skills in the kitchen and how we genuinely feel about cooking as a chore! We also jumped into the friend zone to see why this happens, if its fatal and recollected some of the times we've been on the other end of the spectrum hahaha, you are not ready for mine!
I had a blast with the ladies and I hope you do too as you listen in.
I love you.

On this episode Aisha and I answer your dilemmas as best as we can.
Tune in! And remember to be gentle with yourself as you live through your dilemmas. These are not ordinary times and you are doing the best you can with all that's available, that should count for something.
I love you! I see you! Keep rocking your cycles.

On this episode, I get into relatable bad habits that I have. I also don't know if anyone else throws around the word toxic like I do haha, mazoea yana taabu!
I'd love to hear if you relate to any and some of your own.
Also, Cycles is 1 now (technically 2 launched in 2021) But I commemorate this because its one year of back to back dedication, panic, confusion, hope and outright grit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm might be ready to have kids seeing as I have kept this alive this long hahaha.
Thank you soooo much for being here with me!

Hey Lovelies,
Have y'all been watching the news? depression galore. What is going on in our country>>>>
Anyway,
On this episode we went on a wishing expedition haha! We had a list of things we wished were different or we were ready for before we experienced them. This episode came at such a good time for me, I literally wanted to hug Aisha all through it. As we talked, I gained perspective and even though I didn't contextualize some of my wishes, I felt a huge load fall off my shoulders. This episode reminded me why Cycles Podcast exists.
I am sending you all my hugs and biggest kisses as you navigate your own Cycles. Be compassionate with yourself, ride the waves and let time do its thing.
-
HELLOOO THEREEE! I can't believe I've been away nearly a month now. How are you?
On this episode, I explain why and where I went. This one is for all KSL students and for anyone who asked me a question about my legal journey.
All I can say is wueh!
-
Hey People, before we even proceed which side of the great divide are you? Millennial or Gen Z? I ask because its getting tough haha. Anyway here at Cycles we love everybody because life is life and this conversation with Eli was an attempt at shining light on a middle ground between the two polarized generations. As the awesome people we are we decided to give you a show at the end of the episode, but I must warn you, one of us was off pitch, off key and will definitely cost you your ear drums, Can you already guess who? Run the episode to be sure! Nawapenda Sana!

Hey everybody! Did you miss me, the pod? haha, we're back with another episode and on here we talk about the things we know for sure, the Nairobi edition ranging from scams, success and the rest you'll hear once you press play. I also hosted a boss babe, in her final year of uni, running a successful cake business. Click the link and join in the conversation. I love you! keep rocking with me.

You read that right! Today's episode is bought to you by ex church girls who for one or two reasons don't visit anymore, it is a sad state of affairs but I do hope one day I can at least go back. Awaaay from that, we talked about puppy love and you should have seen the look on Joan's face as she recollected her's I loved it! She also made crucial points on speaking up about what you want and standing on it! I'd love to breakdown all the gems from this fun conversation but I'm going to need you to listen in for yourself. Keep rocking with me, I love you bigly.

Its SEASON 4!
Meet Mr Global Moderator, Georgie Ndirangu himself. From sitting with presidents to now a queen, what a run haha! Anyway on this episode we talked about family dynamics and how they influence how we approach the world and the opportunities before us. I also prompted him to share some useful tips on Networking without being a awkward ( I doubt it'll never be) and building meaningful social connections in the midst of that he reveals how bad he is/was with geometry. Listen to hear me and the team school him! I love you for rocking with me Asante!

Hey Cuties, Season 3 comes to an end a day before I turned 24 and I must say I am proud of this little community and how far we are yet to go. While in a celebratory mood the lovely Aisha Ochwada and I gave some useful tips for a first time club goer haha because we could have used that information at one point in our lives, we also talk about club icks that drive us insane! and hangover cures. Listen in to also find out who got a D+ in math hahahahhahhah. Nawapenda sana!

On this episode, I have a sit down with the Benga King himself, Winyo Shiphton. His stage name in English means bird, a name he got from his mother because of how beautifully he sings, (check out his music test it for yourself). We talk about his music crossing borders despite being in vernacular, we also dissect one particular song I absolutely love that touches on a social issue that cuts across generations, finally, we talked about his upcoming projects and his future plans for the young artists looking to follow his footsteps or be better. Tune in

Ok, let's be for real, at what point do we stop saying Happy new year to each other? I have missed you guys so much and on this episode I share with you some of the goals I have for 2023. I have never made resolutions this loudly, but I genuinely excited to do it and watch how differently they unfold now that they are out. I also want to hear your own so feel free to drop a comment and I hope engaging with Cycles is one of your top 2 haha! Stay blessed loves.
