Are you stuck somewhere? We all get stuck at times - in a situation, a relationship, work, our head, our heart, ourselves. Sometimes we find it hard to take that very first step out of the stuck-ness into hope, to eventually reconnect with the natural ebb and flow of life. In this podcast, I tell real stories of finding a way forward from that stuck place and dissect what it took for that person to take that first step. With help from various fields of science and my own experience, I share and explain in simple terms, thoughts, strategies and ideas about taking a step forward. My vision is to give the world the belief there is always a way forward and how this can be done.
