In this episode, we dive deep into our struggles with transitioning to godly, healthy relationships after experiencing toxic ones. I'm joined by my good friend Madi Noelle, who is passionate and knowledgeable about women's hormone health. Today, we're diving deep into all things periods—nothing is off the table! It’s time to shed light on a topic that’s often considered 'gross' or 'inappropriate' by society. The elephant in the room is that most of us have experienced some sort of adverse experience during our childhood, yet many of use don't realize how that may be affecting our current life. It's easy to compare our painful experiences to other's and invalidate what we experienced based off of what we think is considered "bad or not that bad" It's so important to understand that what we went through as children affects us, actually a lot. The good news is that healing is possible, Matthias explains a simple yet effective approach to start healing from your childhood trauma. I hope you guys are encouraged by this conversation as much as I was.
