Liz has an undergrad in biology and has had a color career in the food industry. Having worked on all sorts of products - canned meats, a cheap version of Spam, seasonings, baby food, pet food; she transitioned to sales about 10 years ago, and currently sells flavors to the food industry. In 2020 after feeling lost and needing a new outlet, she started making candles and launched Elizabeth Post in 2021. Liz uses her candles as a platform to give back and support communities in need.
