Maximo Cavazzani is the founder and CEO of etermax, the global interactive entertainment company, creator of flagship brands like Trivia Crack (Preguntados) and Word Crack (Apalabrados) which have been connecting, building communities, and co-creating value through interactive content in more than 180 countries for more than 10 years. At 22, while studying computer engineering, Maximo developed iStockManager, the first mobile application for buying and selling stocks on iPhone, which was later acquired by a major U.S. broker. This early success led him to create his own company.
Peter Vesterbacka is an entrepreneur from the Finest Bay Area at the Heart of Eurasia, Helsinki, Finland. Branded communities co-created and initiated by Peter include the HP Bazaar, Mobile Monday, Slush, and Startup Sauna. He was the Mighty Eagle at Angry Birds for many years taking that brand to unprecedented heights. Peter is also an adjunct professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Tongji University, one of the leading universities in China. In 2011 Time Magazine named Peter one of the 100 most influential people on the planet.

Victor Noguera is the Co-founder of a Mexican property tech startup Flat.mx. They are transforming the buying and selling of real estate in Mexico. He received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and an MBA at Berkeley-Haas in California. Prior to Flat.mx, Victor served as a Director at Boston Consulting Group in New York and Barcelona.

Paula Enei is the Partner and co-founder of Platanus Ventures (PV), an early-stage startup accelerator created by technology entrepreneurs and supported by Cornershop and Fintual. PV is heavily inspired by Y Combinator and aims to create an alternative to YC in LatAm. Currently, Platanus Ventures offers an investment of USD $100,000 in exchange for a 7% stake in the startup, a 3-month mentorship program by successful digital product entrepreneurs, and the possibility of raising capital on Demo Day, which marks the end of each generation.
PV was founded in 2020 with the purpose of discovering and creating more high-impact digital companies in LatAm. It has invested in 63 early-stage digital startups throughout the region and plans to invest in 100 more by 2024. Their portfolio includes startups such as Examedi, Fintoc, Toku, Plutto, and more. The investors include notable founders such as aCornershop, Fintual, Xepelin, Houm and NotCo.

Diego Bertezzolo is the Co-founder and CEO of Avancargo (B2B trucking platform in South America). He is a serial entrepreneur who sold his first start-up at the age of 23. Diego is a former Commercial Manager for Argentina and Uruguay at Volvo CE, and holds an MBA from the University of San Andrés. The comeback story of Avancargo is inspiring. Diego Noriega is currently the managing partner of Newtopia, an early-stage VC aiming to become one of the main drivers of the Latin American entrepreneurial ecosystem. Before becoming an investor, Diego co-founded more than 23 successful companies, including AlaMaula, which eBay acquired. Drawing on his strong business development skills and knowledge, he has mentored more than 1200 startups, evaluated more than 2000 companies for investment, and delivered about 250 conferences on business development and entrepreneurship.
In his current role as Managing Partner at Newtopia, he is responsible for building the Newtopia community and supporting the teams through extensive mentoring programs. The goal of Newtopia is to fund the most outstanding Latin American entrepreneurial talent and guide them on their path to global markets.

Manuel Tanoira is the Partner & Co-Founder of TCA Tanoira Cassagne, a full-service law firm, where he leads the VC Team. He is also one of the drafters of the New Start-Up and VC law approved in Argentina in 2017 (Law 27.349). He obtained his law degree from the School of Law of the Argentine Catholic University in 1996. In addition, Manuel conducted post-graduate studies in Business Administration at Berkeley University (1997) and in Capital Markets at the Argentine Catholic University (2000).
Among many other academic activities, he is a Professor in several Start Up and VC programs in Argentina (MINDS, from the University of San Andres), SMART INVESTING, from IAE School of Business, Founder Institute, etc.). With his team, he provides advice to companies, investors, VC Funds, and accelerators, especially on the start-up of new ventures in Argentina and LATAM.
