There was a time when moms weren’t supported on their breastfeeding journey. Now, things have changed a lot—but in some ways, the pendulum has swung too far. Not only are moms shamed for using formula—but the pressure to exclusively breastfeed can also lead them to miss important signs that they need to supplement.
