I can't imagine what it takes to be a full-time family law litigator, own your own practice for 40 years, then get multiple coaching certifications and show up with such zest for life and joy for being alive... while simultaneously beginning to understand that feeling doesn't happen in the mind, it happens in the body... and that there are no feelings that are wrong or bad, that we aren't wrong or bad, that all feelings are a beautiful part of Being Human. This has been the Exquisite journey of watching Rosie come into my Inner Circle coaching program, become a certified Allana Pratt method coach and do her first PSI.
In this intimate connection we also discussed...
-How she'd never come across processes like mine before that weren't goal oriented but depth of presence, heart and truth-oriented.
-How she thought she was feeling all along but she wasn't, she was analyzing in her head versus surrendering to the flow of energy and trusting her body.
-How in our one-on-one journey in Australia I was able to facilitate the resolution of why she still felt helpless even though she's extraordinarily capable.
-How integrating emotions of regret, unforgiveness, sadness and disappointment turned into building blocks of confidence, flow, creativity and alignment with the cadence and rhythm of the universe.
-How she's able to be the embodiment of Stillness and Presence in her day-to-day life which supports her shifting from litigation to mediation and coaching, while enjoying the of even her second knee replacement, awakening her sense of humor, being in the zone and in the flow with life.
-After her latest PSI with me in Australia, other Inner Circle members reported she looked so much softer and yet simultaneously stronger.
-She was able to articulate her transformation in a way that literally created breakthroughs for people in the group. It's the difference between being book smart and being the embodiment of divine wisdom.
-And all at the age of 71 years young! No excuses people :-) Let's keep evolving... and allowing decades of decadence to flow through us.

Wow what a phenomenal blast from the past with my soul brother Blake! It gives me such joy to watch where we both were a couple of years ago when we recorded this episode and I just had to share it with you delicious ones again. Divinity is absolutely bonkers magical and amazing, of COURSE I welcomed Larry back to the podcast with the theme From Head to Heart as he shared with us the journey of writing his latest book, the Spirit of Fatherhood.
And when he embarked on writing this book about faith, indeed his faith was tested. In the interview you will hear so many ego deaths when it came to family, animals, his boys, his marriage, his business, his physical body, depression... yet it didn't stop and Larry kept going until he surrendered and became the embodiment of Hope.

In this episode I love how life provided aligned personal and professional stories to share with you so as to best answer your wonderful questions and support your intimate relationships in thriving :-)
-Your first question was: How can I communicate my need for reassurance to my partner without seeming needy or dependent?
-I discussed the difference between need and needy. I explored how discovering the source of our communications changes everything because we can be connecting from emptiness or wholeness, manipulation or invitation, attachment to the results or allowance of all.
-Your second question was: Can you suggest ways to manage my anxiety about love and rejection that allow me to enjoy a deeper connection with my partner?
-I shared one fundamental truth that you can't be rejected if you won't reject self. Now being rejected might sting a bit, but it's only truly debilitating and devastating when we've already rejected our own soul. Similarly, we can't feel anxious about the outside if on the inside we feel home, safe and solid. The more we can connect with every aspect of our self, the more we can connect with our partner and make them feel safe seen and understood in all of their Humanity.
-Your third question was: How can I rebuild trust in myself and my worthiness of love, especially if I've been hurt in past relationships?-I shared about the profound breakthroughs in self-worth that occur in my various coaching programs and especially during the PSI immersions. The psychedelic somatic protocol is extraordinary in learning to trust the body as it reveals held traumas and emotions that have been attracting the same pattern of abusers or sabotaging your best efforts to trust yourself.
-I spoke of where I believe trust truly resides and the best way to cultivate a more solid sense of self and worth. I don't think there's anything more terrifying than being on the planet and not being able to trust yourself. Life becomes so scary, every decision terrifying, questioning our worth, blaming ourselves and spinning in our head at 3:00 a.m. unable to get back to sleep.
-And the opposite is true as well... my experience is that when I trust myself I'm also trusting divine will, I can let go of attachment and be more present, I can be more courageous and speak my truth, I can trust that when things go sideways there still is a gift here and not to give up on myself or life. It's catapulted my resilience. I'm more grateful for the tiny things, the simple things... and its made me more connected with people and the moment.
The path is becoming your own beloved, indeed you are the one you have been seeking, you're really not so bad! Xox Maybe we've got some wounds to integrate and some feelings to feel, but you're pretty freaking amazing :-) It's about time you agree, wouldn't you say? It's not boasting, it's that alluring confidence that people want to be around, that 'it' factor.

Blown away as I imagined by return guest John Wineland. Right out of the gate as I expressed the theme of the month with turning anger into fierce love, John took us on a deep dive into the energy of anguish, when anger and grief are combined. He's so right, underneath my anger I always want to sob (and I shed some tears on this podcast). He spoke of how when we widen our anger in the yogic practice and open, we reconnect with our hearts and authentic anguish is accessible to express AND much more palpable to receive by our partner.

Blown away as I imagined by return guest John Wineland. Right out of the gate as I expressed the theme of the month with turning anger into fierce love, John took us on a deep dive into the energy of anguish, when anger and grief are combined. He's so right, underneath my anger I always want to sob (and I shed some tears on this podcast). In this episode I reveal why I created the Theatre of Redemption and why it works… and why many clients avoid it yet once they go through it the first time, their life opens up. I move on to answer (5) of your awesome questions...
-1. Could you share your insights on the first steps someone should take when they feel completely overwhelmed by anger and betrayal after a relationship ends? *Feel. Thinking won’t help. Distracting and bypassing clearly make it worse. Create space, a safe container, with a facilitator such as myself, or the backdrop of Nature or being received by Consciousness Itself and FEEL.
-2. You often speak about transforming negative emotions into positive action. Can you elaborate on how someone can channel deep-seated anger from past abuse into a force for fierce love and self-compassion? * Positive action is best accessed after doing the Theatre of Redemption in the Dance of Polarity Process where you literally see how you are better, stronger, wiser and more evolved having gone through the abuse. The alchemy from anger into fierce love happens in various stages of feeling and integrating and trusting the body will take you back to zero if you just stay with it.
-3. For someone just acknowledging their experience with sexual abuse, what’s one healing practice you believe is crucial to start with? * In my first Psychedelic Somatic Integration sessions, all the memories, sensations, sounds, smells and emotions came back… ultimately I forgave myself. This was literally life changing. Once the hyper vigilance is integrated, not only do you stop attracting abusers, you’ve rewired secure attachment to yourself and feel home, whole and enough.
-4. After discovering that my partner’s was cheating on me, I’m struggling to trust again, even in myself. What’s the first step I should take to start healing this trust? * Trust is an inside job. As much as we’d like to… we just can't control people! We can trust them to be themselves. Yet truly seeing and feeling and knowing who they are often comes from our intuition and instincts which you can NOT access when your heart is closed or you’ve left your body in dissociation.
-5. Allana, since my divorce, I've been terrified of entering a new relationship. How can I overcome this fear and start to open up to the possibility of love again? * There are layers of emotions to integrate after a divorce, a plethora of lessons to learn, new capacities to embody… taking a coaching journey with a conscious community and proven coach will provide this path, you will enjoy the journey of healing, dating and finding deeper healthier love. Shadow work is my jam... as is Little You inner child work...they seem beautiful compliments to our evolution. I know, not hope or think, KNOW that when we feel the darkest most uncomfortable emotions, they ALWAYS return to peace and joy and Oneness. ALWAYS. Having this certainty mixed with deep compassion is the greatest gift I can give to honor my client’s bravery. Watching them release unhealthy inner and outer dynamics and thrive in healthy love and deep intimacy is SO rewarding!

Oh The Places You’ll Go! That Dr. Seuss book title reminds me of our growth and evolution as leaders!
