Zoe Marshall is an proof of the power of manifestation. Zoe was at rock bottom after an abusive relationship and the death of her mum when she turned to manifesting. Now, Zoe has put everything she’s learned into her book ‘Ariise: Manifest the life you deserve’ about the tools and techniques of manifestation.
In this episode we speak with Zoe about writing about the hardest points of her life, and the difficult conversations she had to have with her loved ones about it. Then we discuss all things manifesting - why Zoe prefers to call it “co-creation”, why we need to be active participants in our co-creations, the law of attraction, self-worth and the things that will test us in our co-creation journeys.

We asked you how you spend money in your relationship and almost 2,000 of you responded!! This week we dive into the results of our money & relationships survey, and share our own experiences of how we manage our money with our husbands.
In the survey we asked: do you & your partner earn the same, how do you & your partner combine your money (and why), do you have any private accounts, how do you split combined expenses, and more.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey <3
We were SO overwhelmed with the number of responses we received that we couldn’t get to all of them, but we’ll do more episodes on this topic in the future!

With Harvey now well into three-year-old kinder, we thought it was the perfect time to welcome back Catharine Hydon to KICBUMP to talk through the transition to four-year-old kinder, as well as answer all your kinder questions.

We answer your questions too, like what children can expect in a standard day, when to start looking for a kinder, how often they should attend, and more.

Out with protein...in with fibre? It feels like we’ve been told to eat ENORMOUS amounts of protein for a while now…but now TikTok is telling us that we need to forget about protein and focus on getting more fibre. This week we call our Kic dietitian, Liv Morrison, to help unpack it all.
Plus Gayle King was one of the women who went to space recently and it looked like she would rather be anywhere else, so we asked you…what do you hate that everyone else loves?

Courtney Ugle is a proud Noongar woman from Bunbury, WA, and the founder of Waangkiny: an organisation committed to breaking down the stigma of silence in First Nations communities.
Courtney lost both of her parents in tragic circumstances when she was young. She lost her dad first at 11 years old, and her mum when she was 19 years old.
Since then Courtney has shared her story to ensure that no other young Indigenous person experiences what she did. Indigenous people are 33 times more likely to be hospitalised as a result of family and domestic violence, and eight times more likely to be killed as a result of family and domestic violence than non Indigenous counterparts, and in this episode Courtney helps us understand some of the reasons behind these stats.
We were honoured that Courtney chose to share her story with us <3
