John Wall is a husband, father, campaigner and is living with terminal stage 4 prostate cancer. We are not defined by our circumstance, not unless we give in and let them. Circumstances therefore never determine who we are, but reveal who we are. In this week's episode I speak to the inspirational Katie Murphy who is living with CF ( Cystic Fibrosis) Rather than let her condition thoroughly dictate her life, Katie decided to focus on what she could control in her life and is living proof as to why your circumstances don't define you & why with the right mindset you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

It's not your circumstances that shape you but how you react to you circumstances that matters. I can't think of a more apt statement when it comes to describing my guest on this weeks show. The fear of judgement and the fear of failure are two of the most popular reasons that hold people back. Fearing how others will judge them and their decisions and being scared incase you'll fail are often why so many people don't go after the things they want in life.
