    This week we learned more about how Tropicana will close as their owner Bally's faces both funding problems and a plan to take them private. With the property closing on April 2, the big question is whether or not it will be imploded. Bally's is fleecing the Tropicana and running her into the ground, but will they actually be able to build a replacement and if not Bally's then who would take over the project?
