Our guest today has been blazing a trail through the hard rock/punk/metal scene since his days growing up in South Lake Tahoe, California.
Most recognized as the long-standing bassist for the legendary godfather of shock rock, Alice Cooper...he’s paid his dues, and then some, relentlessly touring or writing, or both, with many other acts as well, such as the Eric Singer Project, L.A. Guns, and the late great Ronnie James Dio.
About a decade ago, stepping into the spotlight as a songwriter, vocalist and guitarist, he unleashed his unforgiving hard rock/metal band Beasto Blanco with guitarist Chris Latham and co-singer Calico Cooper. With a perfect cocktail of heavy riffs, driving bass, and melodic choruses, he and Beasto Blanco are set to tour this summer in support of their forthcoming studio release scheduled for July.
So if you call yourself a true metalhead, you're definitely gonna enjoy this interview with our friend, Chuck Garric.

Today’s guest has pretty much done it all in rock music. You’ve heard his music on radio and TV and
you’ve seen his face in music videos.
From the early groundbreaking days of MTV to the now modern times of YouTube and social media,
he’s been there…writing, playing, recording and touring alongside some of rock’s most beloved bands
and artists.
Although he is perhaps most frequently recognized as keyboardist and rhythm guitarist for the band Winger, he’s also played or written songs with other prominent names, such as, Eric Martin of Mr Big, Aldo Nova, Steve Perry of Journey, Alice Cooper, Tommy Shaw of Styx, the band Cinderella, and most recently, his songwriting can be heard on Mick Mars’s 2024 solo release, “The Other Side of Mars”.
So please enjoy the conversation with our friend the multi-talented, Paul Taylor.

On our 10th episode, we’re talking with someone who we would describe as a true artist. Someone who is fiercely dedicated to authenticity, integrity, and honesty, through their craft.
As a musician, songwriter, and producer, he’s been creating his own musical path -whether he’s playing and performing his own music across the U.S. in his own bands, he’s also collaborated with or supported other notable artists such as Chuck Wicks, Jameson Rodgers, and The Freddy Jones Band, to name a few.
His brand new podcast Rock and Roll War Stories is his compelling narrative of his experiences on the road, making music and touring. Please welcome our friend, Michael J.
