Quick update for you all in this episode. We have some really exciting guests in the pipeline for our podcast & we also have the Bend store opening up VERY soon. We are taking a small break (maybe a few months) from the podcast to focus on the brand & creating a schedule for these awesome guests. Rachel Downing is the daughter of Web (Raw's owner). She oversees operations and is helping her husband (Trevor) design and build Raw 2.0 in Bend Oregon. In this episode, we talk about how Raw's menu evolved from the beginning to what it is today. It all started with just the cold-pressed juice and the 4 original salads, to now an entire menu packed full of items such as waffles, parfaits, toast and much more. The process of bringing a new menu item to our store is very organic and there are a few guidelines we stick to. Listen and learn!
