  • If you hate when you do get angry and try your best to avoid this uncomfortable emotion, today’s practice is for you.


    Learn how to feel anger and process it in a way that feels safe and doesn’t hurt yourself or anyone else. When you stop avoiding this emotion, you won’t have to be sarcastic in disagreement, if uncomfortable with conflict, to control everything (including of your emotions), to shutdown when you’re upset, to feel resentful when people don’t do what you expect… or to numb difficult emotions.
