I had the honor of chatting with Kelly from Walk Like Warriors. Kelly is an incredible Christian business coach who works with female entrepreneurs to help them to achieve freedom with their time and money.
I have personally learned so much from her, and I'm excited for you to hear our conversation. We chatted all about time management, how to balance work and family life, some common struggles many women face with efficiency, and how to optimize your time to be able to prioritize the things that matter.
In the episode, Kelly breaks down what time management really means and why it's essential for success not only in business, but in so many areas of life or when working toward any goal.
Overwhelm, procrastination, and lack of planning all contribute to us feeling frustrated with what we are able to accomplish in any given day.
Enjoy the episode!
