ohhhh, burnout! If you are struggling to get yourself motivated when you are usually pretty driven or no matter how hard you try you feel as if your brain is not working. Then you could be suffering from burnout.
Take a listen to where I go over, what burnout is, the symptoms of burnout, and steps you can do to either recover from burnout or avoid it in the future. Although it is not a medical diagnosis burnout is a real freakin' thing and we need to take care of our mental health first before anything else.
