Listen to last week's episode here: https://drjemma.co.uk/episode-53-stepping-into-abundance-for-a-limitless-life/

  • What is abundance and how can we harness its power to unlock our potential and achieve our goals and dreams? In this week's solo episode, I'm exploring the topic of abundance, which I tap into to help me navigate my life and attract the things that I want to manifest. I also explain how an abundant mindset is different from a scarcity mindset and why living in this state can be detrimental to reaching our goals.

  • There's lots of content flying around at the moment about goal setting and setting intentions. For me, setting intentions is a deeper way to achieve alignment and go after what we really want over new year resolutions.

I wanted to share my process for setting intentions, which helps me achieve what I want to manifest in the new year in this week's episode. I hope that you enjoy it.

  • A solo episode from me today on a topic that I’ve been ruminating over a lot recently and processing and that’s all about advocating for our needs as mums. It’s something that we’ve touched on in a couple of guest episodes in this season and I wanted to share some tools and reframes about how we can confidently and effectively communicate our needs.

  • This week, I am joined by the awesome host of the Fire Starter Mum podcast, Gosia Scarrott. I love the term "Fire Starter Mum" and I enjoyed exploring this idea of what one looks and feels like in today's society and how as mums we can advocate for our needs confidently and unapologetically. • Working out how to break free from survival mode is a bit like trying to solve a tricky jigsaw puzzle, right? I see it all the time. Mums struggling and feeling overwhelmed by life and motherhood, not sure which direction to turn. Do you relate?

The one BIG thing that I see with mums who are overwhelmed, feel disconnected from themselves, and trying to make a shift in their lives is that they are missing the foundational pillars to make it happen.

This means, that despite your incredible efforts to make changes, the jigsaw isn’t coming together with ease.

In this week's podcast episode, I'm sharing the key foundational areas that I focus on with my 1:1 coaching clients to shift them from surviving to thriving.

  • After a little break, I'm back with season 5 of the Reclaiming MUM podcast. I've got some incredible guests lined up for this season as well as some solo episodes.

Jenna is on a mission to help as many mums as possible to feel happier and to live a life that feels good to them. Jenna loves supporting mums who have unspoken dreams inside of them and who are desperate to bring them to life, but their lack of self-belief holds them back.

I can't thank Jenna enough for how open and honest she was about sharing her motherhood journey. We covered a lot, especially focusing on how to stay connected to your identity as a mum and the importance of finding time for yourself.

    We dive into:

Jenna's inspiring journey that led her to start working specifically with mums How Jenna consciously works on herself so she maintains a deep connection to self outside of motherhood and why that's important How not showing up authentically has impacted certain experiences in her motherhood journey
How showing up as her true self has had a positive impact on her motherhood and business journey The power of finding connections with others who share similar experiences to support your mental wellbeing Doing what's right for your family rather than following the insta-crowd Top tips for how mums can remain connected to their identity beyond motherhood
