Soul of Gerringong was Simone and husband Ben’s first holiday home project, after launch they quickly amassed a huge social following and booked out 12 months in advance.
We chat with Simone about creating a holiday property, how to decide if it’s the right move for you and what it was like filming her first mini series and working with brands whilst completing the build.
