We live in a society that tries so hard to tell us who we need to be, what we need to look like, how we need to dress, and what kind of house we should have.
The world is trying to dictate exactly who we are and what we need in our lives. But, if we are followers of Christ then our lives should look different from the world around us.
So let me ask you this…
Do you feel the pressure to conform to society?
Do you ever feel like you’ll be seen as weird, different, or maybe even hated if you stand out from the crowd?
Is it easier for you to blend in rather than stand out and risk your reputation?
Today I want to dive in with you and discuss how God has called us to stand up and stand out for Him, and how that applies to our health. We’ll cover some passages that help us better understand what God’s Word has to say about this topic so make sure to grab your Bibles. Then we’ll go over four ways that you can make your health set apart for God.
Alright, are you ready? I know I am! So let’s get to it!

Sometimes in life it feels like we are running as fast as we possibly can and don’t slow down until we are laying in bed at night.
There’s the endless to-do list that seems to get longer by the minute. We’ve got kids to feed, laundry to do, work deadlines to meet, dogs to walk, dinners to cook, and so on.
Then you throw in the idea of trying to find extra time to dig into God’s Word and you feel completely overwhelmed.
You ask yourself, “How am I supposed to fit it all in?” or “How can I realistically grow deeper with God when I don’t even have time to brush my hair some days?”
But, what if I told you that your quiet time doesn’t actually need to be quiet?
What if I said that growing closer to God doesn’t mean spending hours in your Bible every day?
What if I told you that the real secret to growing a deep relationship with God is by inviting Him into every area of your life & utilizing your mundane everyday tasks to bring Him glory?
Today I’m going to teach you how to slow down and find peace amidst the chaos of life. Then I’ll dive into how you can connect with God in a realistic way even throughout your busiest days.
So if you’re worn out, tired, and in search of some peace throughout your busiest seasons, then grab your Bible and join me today as we dive in.

My family and I recently took a week-long trip out of state to celebrate my husband and I’s anniversary. Every year instead of getting each other gifts, we take a small trip instead. Traveling is a huge passion for us, but with two kiddos in tow it can be a bit exhausting. Not to mention having minimal personal space and barely any extra downtime - hello hotel living!
Being in an environment like this can leave me feeling a bit chaotic and sometimes even guilty because I’m not consistent with my normal routines.
Have you ever felt this way too? Do you ever feel guilty when you become inconsistent or fall off your routine?
Does it make you feel like you need to work harder to make up for lost time?
Join me today as I uncover the truth that you actually don’t need to work harder or do more in order to be accepted and loved.
I’m going to break down FOUR Biblical truths that will help you go from constantly striving for more to living in peaceful contentment.
If you’re ready to let go of your performance-driven mindset and step into your Godly identity then grab your Bible and let’s get to it!

If you’re anything like me then you’ve had to challenge your mindset around food, struggling between what feels good to eat in the moment and what you know is good for you in the long run.
This struggle is more common than you think, but what you might not know is that the Bible is very clear about this topic. God doesn’t want us to struggle over our food choices by being held bondage to the satisfaction that it brings us.
He wants to set us free from finding our comfort in food and the constant battle to choose between what we want and what we know is best for us.
Come along with me today as we break down 1 Corinthians 10 and what it has to say about our food choices.
I’ll also cover a few practical ways that you can shift your mindset around food and start making God-honoring choices when it comes to your nutrition.

Do you ever catch yourself comparing your life to other people’s and then when you do, it leaves you feeling empty or like somehow you’re coming up short?
Comparison is a slippery slope that can lead us away from God’s purposes for our lives and give the devil a foothold on our hearts and minds, allowing him to overtake our joy and peace.
But, when you learn that comparison is a tactic from Satan, you’re able to put on the full armor of God against his schemes and take a stand to get your Godly confidence back.
Today I’m going to walk you through why comparison is holding you back, and how you can overcome it to walk fully in the purposes that God has for you.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve struggled with having confidence in some area or another in your life. For me confidence has always been something that I’ve strived to attain, but never seem to reach. It’s easy to pretend that we’ve got it all together when deep down inside we feel nothing but empty and dissatisfied with ourselves.
Today I want to teach you the difference between worldly confidence and Godly confidence. I’ll share with you how to let go of the worldly standards of confidence and step into Godly confidence so that you can find freedom over your negative self-image and begin to see yourself as God does.
I’ll help you reframe your mind to understand that lacking confidence isn’t a YOU issue, but actually a perspective issue. It’s not who you are that’s the problem, it’s about what you’re focusing on that determines your confidence level. I’ll share with you five tangible steps that you can take in order to let go of the pressure that the world places on you and grow more Godly confidence.
At the end of the episode I share an important part of how you can implement the steps I’ve provided in today’s episode. Make sure to give this section a listen because it’s only when we take action that change can occur.
Don’t forget to hop over to the Facebook group and share your answers to the follow up questions from today’s episode.
Where do you currently lack confidence?Share two things about yourself that you’re proud of.This will feel vulnerable and a little awkward, but it’s the start to a new way of thinking. There are broken places in your life that you wish you could cover up.
There are painful reminders of your imperfections that overshadow you more days than not.
We all go through life and find ourselves a little broken and work hard to pick up the pieces and put ourselves back together as best as we can.
But, what if I told you that all those broken places, all those flaws, and all those cracks have a purpose? What if I told you that God wants to use your imperfections for His glory?
I want to share with you a powerful message God has placed on my heart recently. I believe that God wants you to break free from the bondage you’ve been under and step out to find freedom from your flaws and learn that He is ultimately sovereign over those areas. God wants to remind you that your imperfections are the places from which His glory shines forth and His strength is made evident.
Today I’m going to dive into why our flaws actually have a purpose and how we can use them to glorify God. I KNOW God is going to move in some powerful ways!
Verses I cover today:
Galatians 2:20 - “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
2 Corinthians 5:17 - “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come:[a] The old has gone, the new is here!”
2 Corinthians 12:9 - “But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”
