Last year I went to 25 places, trying to find the best pepperoni pizza in Saskatoon. It was right in the middle of the chicken finger quest and thought it would be a nice side thing for that. It kind of blew up like the tendee quest, and got a lot of traction online. We breakdown the best pizza in town on the 2nd half of the podcast today. The most underrated, the best kind of chains, other hidden places.... Bunch of local pizza talk on the 2nd part of the pod. Sports bats lead off on the show today though. The Riders look good, the NHL playoffs have been awesome, and Delisle gets their tires pumped.

Ywo great halves of the podcast today! First.. Game 7. Blades vs Warriors. Biggest game in franchise history for both teams in the last 30 years probably. My boy Leroy joins the first half of the podcast to break it all down. The game, the fans, predictions, everything. Then, voice of the PWHL Daniella Ponticelli joins me to talk about the league, her long media journey to this point, doing PxP, and so much more. If you're a media nerd or a freelancer, this is a great listen!

Former Pats and Riders play-by-play man and current host of one of the coolest sports shows around, Rod Pedersen hangs out for a but to talk small town rinks, NHL, and a bunch of other Saskatchewan stuff. Ever since I started the Zamboni quest I've wanted to see what rinks in the province he enjoys! Lots of hockey talk, especially about the Blades/Warriors series... and probably my favourite/most enjoyable talk yet. I grew up with Jake Trask growing up here in Saskatoon. He was a BEAST at everything. One of the best baseball players I ever played with. Such a good guy who wasn't just that 'hockey guy'. When he got traded back here, we were all so pumped. It ended up being one of the best teams in franchise history. When you talk about todays team being the best ever, this id the team its uually compared too. Jake gave us a cool perspective on what exactly happened that season.

Also, the old Hose and Hydrant gets a shout out for the facelift.
