  • Lili Reinhart is an actor, producer, and founder of the skincare brand Personal Day. She knew she wanted to be an actor from a young age and spent her tween and teenage years auditioning, self-taping, and begging her parents to let her finish schooling online so she could concentrate on her craft. At 19, she was cast as Betty Cooper on the hit CW show Riverdale and spent the next seven years in a nonstop filming and production cycle. During this busy period of life, she still found time to pursue outside projects, publishing a book of poetry in 2020 and founding a production company. When Riverdale ended in 2023, it allowed her a moment to pause and consider what she wanted to work on going forward. Since then, she’s been developing projects with her production company that ignore the mainstream in favor of tackling topics like mental health. She’s taken on a few acting projects, like the TV series Hal & Harper, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival last month. She also spent two years developing her skincare line, Personal Day, which launched this past fall and has been receiving great reviews for its nonirritating formulas and effective solutions for acne-prone skin.

  • Marissa Vosper is the co-founder of the cult-favorite intimates brand Negative Underwear. She studied political science and Spanish in college and started off her career in brand consulting. Vosper worked at two prestigious global branding agencies, learning the ins and outs of building a successful brand identity.   • Tiffany Lopinsky is the co-founder and chief operating officer of ShopMy, the groundbreaking tech company that is the preeminent platform used by content creators to share and monetize their product recommendations.   • Albert Ayal is the founder of Up Next Designer, an influential Instagram account highlighting the most exciting emerging designers in fashion. Ayal got his start in fashion PR, and in 2019, he opened an Instagram account to help him keep tabs on all of the new designers he was finding. Soon, he began to gain traction and followers; he had a keen eye for new talent, and people were eager for an injection of something new.   • Gwen Whiting is the co-founder of The Laundress and founder of the new private members cleaning community The Fill Club. Gwen studied textile design in college and started her career at Ralph Lauren working in women’s and home design. As she began to grow her high-end work wardrobe, she grew frustrated with the lack of high-quality, effective cleaning products available. She realized there was a huge white space in the laundry category and knew she could do something about it. In 2004, she launched The Laundress with her co-founder, and over the next 15 years, grew the company without any outside investment. The Laundress came to be known for its excellent products and elevated design. In 2019, the company was acquired by Unilever, a move Whiting hoped would help bring its products to a global audience. In 2021, she left the company, and in 2022, watched in shock as The Laundress recalled all of its products due to elevated levels of bacteria. Before the incident, she had no desire to ever return to the laundry world, but after observing the scandal from the outside and realizing how much she still wanted to help her core customer base clean better, she decided to get back into the laundry game. The result is her new venture, The Fill, a private members cleaning community and collection of sustainable cleaning solutions.

  • Arianne Phillips is the costume designer for the new film A Complete Unknown, starring Timothée Chalamet as Bob Dylan. Phillips is an accomplished costume designer for stage and screen and has been nominated for the Academy Award for Best Costume Design three times, beginning with James Mangold's Walk the Line in 2006. For A Complete Unknown, she teamed up again with Mangold to re-create Bob Dylan's visual style with extreme specificity.   • Erika Thompson is a beekeeper, bee advocate, and founder of the bee removal services company Texas Beeworks. Erika grew up in Texas loving all things animals and bugs. She studied geography at the University of Texas at Austin, and after a brief stint as a vet tech, embarked on a career in communications. She worked at several different nonprofit organizations over the years, but despite the impact she was making, she didn’t love sitting at a desk every day. In 2012, she signed up for a beekeeping class as a fun outlet. But from that first class, she was hooked. She started keeping bees herself and eventually began offering humane bee removal services to people in the Austin area.   • Aisha Bowe is an aerospace engineer and the founder of the engineering consultancy firm STEMBoard. Bowe wasn’t always an engineering wizard. In high school, she struggled to connect academically and enrolled in community college with little hope that any field could interest her. But a teacher identified her strengths and suggested she try out engineering. She thrived in her engineering courses, and her confidence and sense of possibility for her career began to grow. She followed this passion to the University of Michigan, where she gained two degrees in aerospace engineering. Bowe interned at NASA in college and then was hired full-time. She ultimately spent seven years there, working on small spacecraft and flight trajectory dynamics. In 2013, she founded STEMBoard, a startup that provides engineering services and solutions—a feat she accomplished without any outside funding—and eventually left her job at NASA to pursue her startup full-time. In 2020, she founded Lingo, a company that creates self-paced, at-home STEM education kits for kids. Earlier this year, it was announced that she would be the first Black woman to travel to space with Blue Origin, the spaceflight company founded by Jeff Bezos.
