Brenna McGowan is a master when it comes to launching anything. Her approach is so different and immediately caught my attention when a friend in business started talking about her. That friend is someone you listen to when she shares who she's following and learning from.
In our refreshing conversation we dive into Brenna's innovative approach to creating connection, something she refers to as Anticipation Marketing. This is a must listen for anyone who has ever launched something in business, no matter the outcome. I found what Brenna shared to be thought provoking and it totally got me fired up with motivation about the possibility of creating a more cohesive, connected community of awesome souls ready and excited to invest. -
There are some people you meet in life that leave an imprint on your heart for who they are and what they stand for. Today's guest, Holly-Ann Martin is that kind of person. I was first introduced to Holly-Ann by a mutual friend after hearing about her life changing work teaching protective behaviours to children and others in remote communities in Australia.
I was blown away by Holly-Ann's commitment to what she does, in spite of so many odds stacked against her. Whilst she is in the business of changing the lives of children for the better, getting people to understand why protective behaviours are essential for our children to know means having difficult and uncomfortable conversations so many of us shy away from.
It is this determined tenacity that has seen Holly-Ann receive recognition and awards, and whilst they're nice to receive they are not what drives her. This episode will be inspirational and motivational and get you thinking about how you can take your truth and turn it into positive impact and legacy. -

When it comes to personal branding and making an impact being who you are, Juliana Frisoli knows how to make a difference.
I first connected with today's guest on social media and there was something captivating about Juliana that drew me in. As a determined young soul, she has a vision for guiding business owners like herself to discover, create and lead business with a strong, authentic personal brand.
She has a solid background in marketing and content, adores weaving marketing psychology into all she teaches, and she has a commitment to speak her truth, even if others don't like it.

Chatting with the super inspiring Lala McNab, today's guest, was something I was so looking forward to and our conversation didn't disappoint.
Both being based in Perth, Western Australia, Lala and I catch up a few times each year. Our time together is so rich and abundant with reflection, what we are seeing in the online business space, what's challenging us in terms of business trends because we just can't get on board with what we are seeing, and a whole lot of a nourishing reality check and fresh view of things.
I truly feel this podcast episode is like giving you a chance to tune into the kinds of conversations we have and look forward to. But why should you listen? Well collectively, we have over 4, maybe even 5 decades of business experience. In that time we have amassed extensive expertise and real-world business wisdom, like the kind that existed before social media took the stage as the go-to marketing solution. Hint, it's not the be all and end all but unless you've had the opportunity to see and be a part of the bigger of business, you may never understand that.
Lala is one of those savvy, says it like it is business women who leads multiple businesses across the spectrum of product and service solutions that her clients adore. She's here to keep it real and to truly support business owners by starting and ending with the truth and realities of what it takes to lead a profitable, impacting, purposeful business that has a brand that's captivating and reflective of the impact it's destined to make.
You are in for lots of energy, real-world business truths, and an opportunity to think differently when you tune into our conversation. -

Chatting with my friend in business Tish Bell is always such a breath of fresh air. I first met Tish when we were in a mastermind together a couple of years ago and I was instantly drawn to her effervescence and genuine love of living and breathing what she believes in.
At the time Tish was supporting clients as a money and abundance mentor, amongst other things. She has evolved to offer other fascinating services in the professional speaker space and I loved being able to dig into her world and hear about her evolution, the role of abundance, how to have an abundance mindset, what matters most to Tish, and how she commits to living what she teaches.
You are in for lots of energy, some awesome truths, and an opportunity to think differently when you tune into our conversation. -

I have been looking forward to sharing this new episode with guest Melissa Lapides since we recorded this conversation a little while back. I first became aware of Melissa's work a year or so ago and have so appreciated learning more about her approaches to trauma informed practice.
I also came to learn more about her experiences transitioning from psychotherapy to coaching and back again, plus her stance on trauma-informed coaching and its importance. When I saw Melissa sharing more about ethics in the coaching industry and advocating for change through her collaboration with others committed to ethical practice in coaching, I was even more drawn in and curious to know more. -
What a treat this week's episode is for your ears and inspiration. I connected with guest Dr Hayley Kelly earlier this year after seeing her share an episode on her podcast Therapists Rising about the dark side of coaching. I am sure that is not a surprise to you that I listened immediately!
That listening experience confirmed that I had to connect with this inspiring soul, and so I did. Fast forward to now and I am so excited to share this episode with you. You'll hear us talk about Dr Hayley's transition from therapist to coach for therapists and our shared mission to bring an often missing professionalism and integrity to the coaching industry. -
