The split between the “holy” and the “w***e” has kept you from your feminine power. It is a split that has been perpetuated for millennia, which has also created a split between “sacred” and “sex.”
If you want to experience sacred sexuality, embody the fullness of your sexuality, or reclaim your sexuality as your own, you have to reunify the “holy” and the “w***e” within yourself. The root of the word “w***e” is “one who desires.”
When a woman desired for her Self, it meant that she existed for herself. She could not be owned or controlled. Therefore, “w***e” became a derogatory term used to shame women who refused to comply with the new belief system that deemed women inferior and devoid of a soul.

I used to be disconnected from my body, my inner world, my worth. I only knew how to see myself through the eyes of others.
I didn’t trust myself. My feelings weren’t welcome. I held deep internal shame because others told me I wasn’t good enough.
I blamed my body as the problem. If it looked different, “others would accept me.” If I looked different, “others would accept me.”
I went to law school to be an advocate for women, but in truth, I was still denying the feminine.
It wasn’t until years later, after a series of catastrophic events - otherwise known as “soul awakenings” - that I began to look down into my body.
I learned that the body is the gateway into divine feminine power.
It holds an infinite amount of wisdom that cannot be understood with your mind. It connects us with our soul’s truth. It is how we access the divine here in form.
I vulnerably share my Journey into the Heart of the Feminine in this week’s Soul Sovereignty & Sexuality Podcast.

When you enter the realm of soul, you shift into a new reality. You become a conscious co-creator. You no longer limit yourself to other people’s expectations and demands of how you are “supposed” to live your life.
You stop doing things just because you think you “have to.” You lean into and trust and surrender to your soul’s inner knowing. You let it guide you to your highest and next path.

Sovereignty is about being your own authority. You choose for you. You belong to you. You possess every part of who you are. It requires radical self-knowledge and self-responsibility.
Yet, sovereignty goes beyond self-knowledge. It requires that you not only become aware of and identify the root of your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, but that you consciously align them to your soul’s truth. You live, choose, and act based on your own inner knowing - even if it goes against what everyone else believes or wants from you.
You can only access your soul’s truth by connecting to the energy of your body - because your body is formed by the energy of your soul. It is a constant spiraling process of both anchoring into the truth of who you are and releasing all that you are not.

You fear your emotions because you identify with them. You think they ARE you. You worry they won’t leave, and perhaps they’ll even overtake you. You won’t be able to stop the grief or control the anger.
Perhaps you label some emotions “positive” or “negative.” “High vibrational” or “low vibrational.”
True feminine power requires that you embrace ALL emotions.
E-motions are energy moving through you.
The greater your capacity to let energy move through you (ie. all of life), the greater your capacity to be fully alive, to activate your life force energy, to be in your sovereignty and divine power.

The desire to be wanted by another. It shows up when you subtly hide parts of yourself they may not like. Or you don’t say what you really want to say because you’re afraid they won’t like it. They might be upset. They might not want to be with you anymore. They might withdraw their desire for you.
The desire to be wanted by another runs deep. While it’s natural to want someone that you desire to be in relationship with to want you too, it’s only healthy when you refuse to disconnect from yourself even if it means losing their desire. True connection doesn’t require you to deny any part of who you are.
We have been acculturated for millennia to seek value outside of ourselves. To seek love outside of ourselves. To seek our worth outside of ourselves. Even though it’s common and socially accepted, you cannot experience true freedom in relationships until you reclaim your sovereignty from these inherited beliefs and learn how to source from within.

Water without a boundary isn’t a river, it’s a flood. Even the ocean has boundaries, or we would all be under water.
In the latest episode of the Soul Sovereignty & Sexuality Podcast, I dive into Sovereign Choice: How to be in the “feminine” flow of the present moment and have “masculine” boundaries and direction.
When there are no riverbanks, the water floods everywhere, and chaos ensues. The same is true when you simply follow the impulse of each moment without holding yourself accountable to your ultimate desire for yourself.
For example, if you desire to be radiantly healthy, you don’t simply eat whatever is around you regardless of how full it is of toxins, pesticides, and hormones.
If you desire to speak your truth and be in union with yourself, you push through the discomfort of the moment to do so.
If you desire to be in a monogamous, committed relationship, you don’t let any passing attraction to others deter you.
Your ability to bring consciousness into each present choice is how you balance your “masculine” (boundary and accountability) with your “feminine” (flow and presence).

We’re taught to deny the body, to suppress our feelings, to see the body as an object we simply carry around. The mind is prized for its intelligence, while the body is shamed for its appearance.
Yet, in order to reclaim your divine power, you have to go into the body. Not to connect with the physicality of your body. Rather, you go into the body to connect with the energy of your body. Tune into the full episode on Why the Body is the Secret to Reclaiming your Divine Power.

Let’s talk about intimacy. Intimacy with self and intimacy with other because. Intimacy is essential if you want to reclaim your sovereignty and be in your power.
In Episode 3 of the Soul Sovereignty & Sexuality Podcast, I talk about what creates intimacy with another person is similar to what creates intimacy with yourself. Instead of running away from a thought you don’t like, face it. Get to the root of it. Do the work to shift the underlying belief system so you can align to your soul’s truth.
If you prefer to avoid the feelings within you that you don’t like, they’re not going to go away. Rather, they’re going to build up and create resentment and bitterness or fatigue and sorrow until you turn toward them.
When you silence your truth in an effort to avoid making someone upset, for example, you turn away from yourself (rather than toward yourself).
When you avoid yourself to avoid “what you don’t like,” you’re avoiding intimacy.
This creates separation, disconnection, and tension within yourself (as the same thing does in relationship to another).
The only way to remove that barrier is by opening your heart what is. Looking at it. Spending time with it. Letting it inform you so you can receive its wisdom. The closer you come into connection with them, the easier it is to pull your power back and remain anchored in who you truly are. You are the one in power, not your thoughts, not your feelings, not your fears. You. Own it.

In last week’s episode of the Soul Sovereignty & Sexuality Podcast, I talked a lot about why recognition of the soul is essential to returning to holy communion, as well as reclaiming your power and sovereignty. In this episode, I dive into what the soul is.
We can’t prove that a soul exists, just as we can’t prove that love exists. Yet, we feel it. We experience it. We sense its presence.
Most of us are taught to identify with our ego self, or the purely physical, limited, 3D self. We come to know ourselves through our achievements, toles, through what we have or do. We see ourselves through the eyes of others.
Yet, your soul exists beyond all of that. It is the force that witnesses your thoughts, witnesses your emotions, witnesses you having an experience.
When you learn how to connect with your soul - your unique essence - you begin to live from the inside out rather than taking the outside world and letting it in.
Thus, you begin to reclaim your power back from all external sources.
You come into your sovereignty because you choose for you, rather than submitting to external expectations or demands.
You remember how invincible and sacred you really are.
It requires a perspective shift. You begin to see yourself and the world through the eyes of your soul (which is not limited to physicality) rather than through your physical eyes. We spend a week on this in my Ecstatic Soul Embodiment course. Awakening divine perception is essential to embodying your soul and experiencing true freedom (which you can learn about here).

Sex has been turned into an act. Something to “do,” a way to “get off,” or have your “needs met.” Many women have sex out of obligation or duty. It has, sadly, become a transactional experience rather than what the ancients called “holy communion.”
Why? Because between 5,000 and 3,000 years ago, there was a shift in the collective belief system. The soul was no longer recognized in the body. Life, and therefore the earth, was no longer recognized as sacred. The divine was found “only up above, in the sky.”
Since women represented the earth, they too were deemed inferior. Women were deemed possessions devoid of soul. Only men were made in the image of (the very new male) sky god.
Prior to this belief system, women were revered and worshipped as holy. Yet, denial of the soul made sex a sin - something that took us away from the divine rather than toward it. (More about this to come in future episodes!)
In the Soul Sovereignty & Sexuality Podcast, I want to talk about this separation and how it continues to manifest today so that we can return to sacred union. It begins by recognizing your own soul in your body.
As you come into touch with your soul - your truest essence - you begin to release all that is not yours. Your ecstatic life force energy, which is your sexual energy, begins to activate. It belongs to you and you only. It is your creativity, your pleasure, your desire, your connection with yourself, your sensuality. Your sexual energy is so much more than you have been told.
