  • Today I release my first solo episode since the launch of @Squeezingtheplums.

After episode 13 I had a thought. Most of my audience were asking for more knowledge, information and insight into different things men value.

So I asked each new guest a question at the beginning of each podcast which was: “if there was a global catastrophe tomorrow and it wiped out pretty much every man but a few young aspirational men, what is the topic of conversation you’d feel confident in delivering to them based of the experiences in your life.

“In Episode 17 of @squeezingtheplums I answer my own question with a 7 step framework I created to help you craft the dream version of yourself. We go through in 30 short minutes: The 7 step framework to building a version of yourself you could only dream about An in podcast visualisation technique to meet your future self What I valued and struggled with as a young man The inquiry and execution needed to grow in to the version of yourself you want ️WATCH EPISODE 17 “7 STEPS TO CREATING THE DREAM VERSION OF YOURSELF ”

This week marks the launch of Squeezing the Plums. Back in 2022 I reached a tipping point. I had enough of dealing with a rare headache condition called Cluster Headaches. Spend one minute Google searching this and you’ll see that this is no normal headache. Rather a relentless series of intense, excruciating headaches that can wake you up in your sleep and last on and off for hours a day over the course of several months.

From the age of 16 I have experienced over 700 attacks lasting generally for 2-3 hours and occurring multiple times in a day. I reached the point where I was praying for a way to work through it. And so I became curious around the deeper meaning of why this condition existed within me!

So I decided to take a leap of faith into the unknown. I ventured down the woo woo path of psychedelic medicine, psychotherapy and massive amounts of meditation. I dive deep on the podcast into the journey of my first ever headache, my internal struggles dealing with it and most importantly the lessons I took from undergoing a series of psychedelic ceremonies and rituals.
