Is it weird to batch cook your lunch?
Welcome to The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast! It was Bumfire night this week, sorry, BONfire… and we had not 1, not 2, but 3 comedians on the show!
Ed Byrne gave us a call to have a pantless chat about the world’s longest comedy tour…once he eventually woke up…
Then we continued the laughs with Paul Smith, the comedian, NOT the designer, who revealed what he does with the money he saves on not having a manager. Nick Mohammed also joined the team in his brand new jumper, but not before he packed the kids’ lunches and emptied the dishwasher.

We even had the Italian Stallion himself, Gino D’Acampo in the studio to really get us on the Air Fryer hype, mamma mia. AND (yes AND) Kate McKinnon. From Saturday Night Live to Friday morning radio, weird barbie herself joined Chris and the gang in the mojo dojo casa studio.
As if that wasn't enough, we were also joined by RazorLight for a LIVE acoustic performance, so listen out for that, and for this:

THE PRIZE DUMP TOUR IS BACK FOR 2024!
Hello and welcome to The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast. This is episode 463 and it is a proper whopper of a Prize Dump Podcast. Much like Chris and the team this week, this episode covers a lot of ground, so buckle up and let’s hit the road!
This year’s Prize Dump Tour kicked off at the mighty Peppa Pig World in Portsmouth, where James had a birthday surprise and Dom got ditched at great heights. Then, off to Barry Island it was, where Chris discovered the House of Fun and the team ate ice cream from Rachel... or was it Sarah, Dom? Next, the team set off for Essex, where things got a bit wild: Pippa met a pony while Chris and Dom got to know a bird. Then, 24 hours and 290 or so miles later, the tour bus landed in a very rainy Newcastle, where they were greeted by some very lovely listeners. As the week began to draw to a close, Chris and the team nearly went back to where they started, zooming down to Goodwood Racecourse.
Well, as Pippa would say, ‘it’s a big one’. Here are some extra bits of Dump for you. Just FYI, it’s all a bit SHAAALALANGDANGDONG!!!!!!

Hello and welcome to The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X podcast! It’s episode 461 and a whole load of guests and giggles await you, my friend.
The week began with both disappointment and celebration, when The £25k Box was unlocked at long last and oh my Buck Rogers, that was exciting.
The week began good n’ proper with a visit from William Hanson, the etiquette-expert, who taught Chris and the team that slurping on your super-noodles or demolishing a burger is NOT the polite way to go about things. Next, comedian and presenter Joel Dommett momentarily stepped aside from dad-duties to pop to the studio ahead of his 4th round of presenting the NTAs. Then, Blur legend Graham Coxon dropped by for the greatest achievement in his musical career: teaching Chris how to play the harmonica…prep your ears…you’ve been warned! Also, presenter and author Ross Kemp, who fears nothing and has interviewed the most dangerous gangs in the world, tells a chilling story about losing a toenail. Finally, best-selling author Richard Osman comes in, telling us about his brand new novel, ‘We Solve Murders, and the wonderful Leigh Francis chats about his brand new autobiography, ‘Leigh, Myself and I’, and the little man at the end of his bed.
So go on, hit play and get to it! You’ll also hear about…

Hey friend, we’ve made it to September and your favourite podcast is back and better than ever. Welcome to The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast - we’ve hit the big 460!
Still recovering from the most stressful ticket drop of all time, Chris and the team kicked off the week chatting to viral sensation and mega Oasis fan, Liv - aka ‘Liv Forever’. Living next to Heaton Park, Liv has offered gig-goers to stay in her garden as long as they can secure her and her mates a ticket.
This week was jam-packed with guests. Firstly, comedian Lucy Beaumont chatted about the third leg of her ‘Trouble’ tour and the lack of moles and Greggs in Ireland. Next, we had two Tims on the bill: Tim Minchin hatched a plan for a new musical about cows, and Tim Lovejoy talked all-things Soccer AM upon the drop of his new podcast, Soccer A-Z. Next, the brilliant comedian Jason Byrne swung by, covering crosswords, dodgy DIY and his new show, ‘No Show’.
Finally, we had more guesses on The £25k Box. Here’s a tip: listen to the show. Got it Martin?!

Hello there and welcome to The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast with Zoe - sorry - Toby Tarrant. As Chris, Dom and Producer James are off this week, Toby is here to save the day, alongside Chris Smith to fill in for Dom.
Toby was joined by five absolutely fantastic guests this week. Despite the impressions, Donald Trump didn’t come, neither did Miss Piggy, Yoda almost did, but Louis Armstrong definitely, definitely didn’t. The week kicked off with a visit from Richard Hammond, straight from his workshop where he repaired Radio X’s Johnny Vaughn’s Maserati. Then, comedian and new member of the Global family, Mo Gilligan, made his Radio X debut, telling us all about his new podcast on Global Player. Next, actor, comedian and Toby’s new bestie Tom Davis dropped by, and the wonderful Bill Bailey talked about his new hairdo and S.O.F.A. workout. Finally, Toby got starstruck as he met wrestler and rock icon Chris Jericho, ahead of his AEW appearance this weekend. Though he didn’t put Toby in The Walls of Jericho, he did give us a hot take about two of the greatest bands in UK history…Oasis and S Club 7.
Finally, ahead of Toby’s pedalo challenge, ‘Tarrant vs the Thames’ for Global’s Make Some Noise, we’ve recruited the Head of Health and Safety at Global to give Toby some stern (and much needed) advice. Also, Toby gets his pineapples on as he plugnes into an ice pool.

Everybody sing *poooddccasssstttttt*
Hello and welcome to The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast! Chris and the team are taking a well-earned break this week but don’t worry, you’re in safe hands with trusty Toby Tarrant.
Toby kicked off the week with a massive announcement about his ‘Tarrant vs The Thames’ challenge, in aid of Global’s Make Some Noise. He’ll be travelling 56 miles down the river in true style: in a giant unicorn pedalo. The challenge will take place in October and Toby would be thrilled with any support or donations you can give.
Toby was joined by some fabulous guests this week. Firstly, Teri Hatcher, aka Lois Lane, brought glamour and giggles, telling us all about how the spooky movie ‘Coraline’ is returning to cinemas in 3D this August. Next, TV adventurer Aldo Kane made his most daring expedition yet to the Leicester Square studios, telling Toby all about the mental trails of exploring, as well as the importance of anti-chafing creams. Then, national treasure Mel Giedroyc met Toby for the first time, and agreed to join Toby on his pedalo challenge. Finally, comedian Maisie Adam made a last minute visit and, without knowing what she was in for, got roped into playing a quiz with the team.
Speaking of quizzes, Toby turned the studio into his own house of games this week, with the return of Stumpy’s Quiz, as well as two new games: Intern Bella’s ‘Squeak, Squeal, Squawk’ and Producer Harry’s ‘Rock n Roll Games Console’.
And that's a wrap! It's all good stuff, but here's some Tarrant treats...
