Today we speak with special guest Gilbert Ndizey discusses how he has transformed coffee production from problematic to positive - using organic coffee production as a way to save the environment, the animals, and children.
Gilbert estimates one poacher can kill 100 animals a day in the wild in Uganda, so by hiring ex-poachers he not only saves the animals, but provides a way for the poachers to make a living, and the profits go to the peace and prosperity orphanage, where he helps over 200 children orphaned when their poacher parents were killed.
As Gilbert says "we now have future conservationists instead of future poachers".

Today we're going to today talk about a really important aspect of the Christmas and holiday season - which is the transportation of cargo. Find out in this video how the Oceanbird and the International Maritime Organization are changing the industry. There are a lot of cargo ships out on the sea and all of them burn fossil fuel! We always talk about traffic jams, our roads, and our cars because we see them every day. But, an even bigger problem comes with what's happening out on the ocean. There's so much poisoning of wildlife due to these old gas-guzzling machines.

Are bee populations in the United States really increasing in 2020?
We all know everybody's heard the news that bees are one of the most important pollinators in all of nature and everything that we eat depends on them. Literally everything is pollinated by bees and we saw a rapid decline in their population in recent years. One of the main reasons were GMOs. When a bee or a “pest” eats a part of a GMO crop, their stomachs will explode! That is like chemical warfare on our insects and pollinators. BUT - I have two pieces of good news to share with you.
