After 14 months of a 'holiday', the pod, much like the City, is back! The Right Rev, Mr Moncs and Citizen Neal have a general chat about returning, the club currently, positivity and Boab being on the board. We also talk Love Island (yes, you read that right), POTY awards, a tribute to some departing players and how we see the pod moving forward.

The pod team are back for the end of season show discussing, what else, but the Citizens promotion to League One! There's chat about Alan Maybury and next season's hopes. The Right Rev has a good old whinge about the Lowland League, promotion/relegation and the shocking playoff scheduling from the SPFL. There's also some end of season thank you's. We'd like to confirm that Boab's bath was not harmed in the making of this episode.

After an extended break, the team are back to discuss the major news of the last few weeks, after the sacking of Gary Naysmith. Where did it go wrong? We welcome Alan Maybury and Mark Kerr and discuss a huge number of Men's games as The Right Rev discusses his time at an all-day rave. There more about the run-in for the Women's team, whilst Mr Moncs has a moan about the Lowland League. We also find out that the bleeper works as Citizen Neal drops in a naughty word.

There's finally some good news about Meadowbank, whilst Mr Moncs has a moan about streaming. The Right Rev has a lengthy complain about poor media coverage of the Citizens - both within the club and from the EEN.

The lads return with their pre-season preview. There's talk of the League Cup, current recruitment and Friday Night Football. They also discuss a meeting with the club's owner, the women's team and all three have a good whinge at the end! Rooney also reveals him almost sleeping with some cows.
