  • Today’s guest is very special all the way from Bulgaria, when I came across his profile on Instagram. I knew straight away that I had to contact him. So without wasting time, I contacted him and then luckily he replied back saying that he was happy to be guest on my podcast. He has a very different mindset from other people I have interviewed in the past he started calisthenics from age of seven years of age, without even knowing that he’s doing calisthenics, and then by the time he realise that he’s doing calisthenics he was 12 or 13 years of age. I was surprised to hear that because not many people are that strong to keep going. When they know it’s hurting them every single time they do something to their body injured so many times that he can’t even remember, and then he had some major injuries as well.   • She was born in Sweden and moved to the USA in 2019. She has been training since she was 13 years old.

    The first time she started lifting she got told that she was very strong for 13 years old, what a game changer compliment for anyone I guess, whilst she was helping on the farm the started to feel stronger and the fun part is her father was a marathon runner.
