Do eco-friendly cleaners work? Short answer- yes! It's important to understand which natural ingredients do what.
Today we talk about:
1. Natural ingredients that cut grease and kill germs
2. How to make your own multi-purpose cleaner with water, vinegar, lemon juice, and baking soda
3. Sal Suds and Castile soaps as easy DIY but not full DIY
4. Brands I like for natural cleaners if you don't want to DIY
The great thing about making cleaners at home is cutting down on single plastic waste. Many of the brands I share in the episode also make concentrates which also allows for reusing bottles and cutting down on plastic waste.
We are not a totally chemical free home, but I am trying to go natural where I can and where it makes sense. Check out this video of me making an all-natural multipurpose cleaner at home.
I hope you enjoy this episode about eco-friendly cleaners! For more check out The Home Sustainable
