Of course, the first episode of season 4 had to be an interview with our new co-host Hannah Miley!
Currently stepping into the world of the swammer, Hannah, multiple Olympian, shares her story within the world of competitive swimming, which is truly nothing short of inspirational.
From the first Christmas not worrying about having to train, handling injuries and illnesses, junior to senior transitions, the mental highs and lows that come within a professional swimmers career, the relationship between herself and her coach who was also her dad (Patrick Miley) and what it’s truly like having Scotland’s best dog… this episode really has it all and there is definitely something every single person could take from it.
I really feel like we only scratched the surface of Hannah’s experiences… but luckily as Hannah is now the new co-host, there will be plenty more to gain from this incredible person!
I hope you enjoy this episode, and we look forward to bringing you some fantastic episodes for season 4!
