Hot 91.1 are supporting the collection of non-perishable food, to create food hampers to be distributed to those doing it tough in the lead into Xmas.
Our office at 17 Carnaby Street, Maroochydore is an official drop-off point for the donation along with the outstanding supporting businesses Sunshine Mitre 10 and Heritage Banks branches.
Follow the link to the website for desired items, but the collection will accept ALL no perishable items.
It’s going to be a tough Xmas for many, so all contributions are welcome.
Just bring in your donations, and place them in the green bags hanging from the wooden tree.

Possibly one of the most loved BB contestants of all time Dave has rode the wave of fame after being the first competitor to come out on live TV.
The brave move entrenched Dave in Aussie TV folklore, now a cult figure, everyone was surprised to see him kicked to the kerb in this series, in speaking with Sam and Ash though, a relived Dave said that he couldn't stand another day in the house and feels the new look Big Brother is way too competitive now and didn't think he could last much longer in any event.
Dave is now focusing his time and energy on working his farm and giving back to the community. -
Shaun 'Pie-ney' Pyne has not angered Sam & Ash, he has just disappointed them.
As one of the judges in this years Australia's Best Pie competition, Pie-ney has clearly buckled to the pressure of the woke minority by unanimously awarding the oh so la-teee-daaa Truffle and Mushroom pie as Australia's Best!!!! Not a skerrick of meat to be seen.....
