According to recent filings, it is being alleged Kyne went against a court order in filing her new amended complaint, as she was supposed to remove her claims alleging Manson abused her as a minor. Also, it is alleged her counsel falsely claimed in a press release that her New York lawsuit was still about child abuse, which was highly publicized. And detailed her 2nd lawsuit filed against him.
