Bonus season is upon us and this is an important time to be intentional and conscious with your money. A bonus can make a significant difference in your financial situation and financial health. On this episode I give some tips on how to be financially conscious with your extra income. Bonus time can also be disappointing if expectations were not met. If that is the case then the emotions that come up should be processed so you do not carry them throughout the year.
I hope you have an abundant bonus season and enjoy the episode.

The holiday season is upon us! This is the time of year when spending can go off the rails a bit, and credit card debt can increase. I love this time of year, and I love being generous with giving people gifts, but some years I have to be more creative and think of my financial situation. In this episode, I talk about how to navigate the holidays while being financially conscious with your money. The holidays are one season of the year, but the financial consequences stay with you. Think of how you want to end the year and start next year with your money. Do not let the holidays derail you from your bigger goals. Enjoy xoxo

People will put off thinking about retirement until it is too late. Saving and preparing for retirement is a long journey and process which is why I talk about the importance of starting to think about your retirement today. I want everyone to be able to retire when you want and be able to have the quality of life that makes you happy. The reality is that will not happen for most people because people are not savings for retirement. This is an important topic and something I am very passionate about helping people realize. Preparing for retirement does not have to be overwhelming or drain your life today. It is about finding a balance between today and tomorrow. I hope you enjoy it, and please reach out if you need support to prepare for your future.

If you are using your money to fill internal voids then your money will never give you peace. If you want your money to give you peace then you need to heal your relationship with your money on a fundamental level. While spending money can provide temporary relief or distraction, it rarely addresses the root causes of internal voids. Long-term solutions typically involve introspection, self-awareness, and seeking support. Remember that addressing internal voids takes time and effort, and it's okay to seek support along the way. I hope you enjoy this episode!

I am so excited to have Sherisse Bisram, Inner Power Activation Leader, as my guest on this episode. Sherisse and I talk about healing, empowerment and how that relates to our money. More about Sherisse: Combining her self evolution, education and life experiences, Sherisse has gained tools that have helped her to release the pain of her past, understand and conceptualize her emotions and regain true authentic strength. These tools, which consist of meditation and mindset work, journaling and mindful movement have shaped her into the empowered confident woman she is today. These practices have had a tremendous impact in her life. Sherisse believes by sharing these tools with others with the incorporation of dance, that she will in turn, help them become the best versions of themselves.
