Nick reunites with Alex Dandino for a special mid-hiatus-haze episode. In a typical Dandino style, the episode runs extra long and contains way too much Star Wars talk, and in a non-typical Dandino style, absolutely no alcohol was consumed.
(SPOILER WARNING! Star Wars: The Last Jedi)
Alex Dandino has worked in many facets of the business since he started as a Production Assistant at 18 years old. He then landed in production management by way of a 24 ft. truck drive out to Vegas. Three years (and too many shows to count) later, he's a battle-hardened Production Manager with pretty decent side work as a comics writer. Yes, he's a writer and No, he won't give you notes on your script. He has his reasons.
Alex is the host of The Long Box Sessions, a podcast that delves into everything comic book, film, and TV. Listen here or subscribe on iTunes.

Adam the Lizard swings by to discuss DJing, unexpectedly adopting a pet, and the constant exchange of value in our society. Rather than drinking (like usual), he and Nick stay sober until midway through the episode; then, with all better judgment cast aside, they break out the blunts and fade into a smoky abyss of tangents. IT'S POTCAST #2, BABY!
Adam P. Lawrence went to NYU's Tisch school where he earned his BFA in Film/TV Production. At the same time, he was a successful DJ who played at raves around the country as DJ EsOne. Since then he's lived an unconventional life that's included things like a home on a sailboat, a giant lizard, a pirate ration station, a gigolo housemate, and a crazy ex girlfriend. Adam is a member of the IATSE Local 695 as a Y1 Production Sound Mixer, and his credits range from reality TV to feature films and scripted series. He currently resides in Highland Park with his casting-director/matchmaker fiancé Amy and their 4.5 lb toothless chihuahua Nola.

Dan Elswick is on the show! He and Nick talk about mentors, passion projects, and shitty diet ginger beer. The episode also showcases two kickass trailers from Dan's upcoming documentary about the hardcore band "Bane."
Dan Elswick moved to Los Angeles from Denver in 2007, In hopes of finding some direction for his life. He worked as a production assistant on a couple of reality shows, and quickly began learning about cameras, lighting, and anything else he could use to further his career. He joined the camera union in 2011, and started getting opportunities to shoot while working as a camera assistant on The Biggest Loser and MasterChef. Adding to his long list of passions, Dan also cares deeply about music—especially the hardcore band "Bane." It's a double header! Mike Oates Kealey swings by Nick's new apartment to talk about DMT and stranded pants, and Jake Gigliotti comes by on a (now infamous) Friday night to talk about being jaded and getting mad likes on insta. Everything is very casual until Nick gets serious at the end of the episode.
Mike Oates Kealey is from San Anselmo, CA and has been living in Los Angeles pursuing film a little over three years. He works as both a camera operator and camera assistant. One of his recent skateboarding videos was featured in TransWorld Magazine. You can watch it here.
When The Lord made Jake Gigliotti, he had in mind a surly old prospector with a pick ax in one hand and a camera in the other, a sort of mix between Daniel Plainview and Dziga Vertov. But then mistakenly, Jake was born into the sweetly chiseled body of a 20-something cis-white-male who now resides in Los Angeles, and knows more about how to do your job than you do. His many vices include a Rick’s burger, something the kids call an IPA, and a woman slick betwixt the knees. As a camera assistant, he has served up hot batteries and fresh media for esteemed television shows such as Juggle Dads, Alaskan Hand-Jobbers, and The Baja Men’s stray adoption advocacy show Who Let The Dogs Out?! (rip, cancelled too soon). -- Written by Jake's Roommate

Connor talks about the show's theme music and his friendship with the composer who created it. Chris Lamendola comes over and crushes some Santa Barbara Pinot Noir with Nick. The only regret? Not having enough wine.
Chris Lamendola is a 20-year veteran of the entertainment industry. Most of his time in the business was spent in post production until he began on-set art department and carpentry work. He currently in both the Art Directors Union (Local 800) and the Camera union (Local 600).
The No Fucking Good Podcast's theme music was composed by Jonathan Barrett, a Lexington, Kentucky native who specializes in, well, everything. Nick and Tracey crush a bottle of wine while discussing Detroit, absolute good & evil, and Game of Thrones (no spoilers, we promise!). Tracey's friend Mike is sitting on the couch the entire time.

It wasn't until a few years later that he found himself on Dr. Drew, telling his story to the world.
