Episode #8 introduces Helen and Gav who share their experience of our Property Sourcing Service. We listened to Helen and Gav describe their ideal home and helped them find their next home. With three growing children and a business which they run from home, they wanted somewhere bigger. They dreamed of a period property in Davenham with a big garden and a large family kitchen.

We located a property in Davenham which ticked all the boxes, and we had identified that the current homeowners were considering moving. We approached the homeowners to propose the potential offer of a purchase. They welcomed the opportunity to sell without having to place their home on the open market. We accompanied Helen and Gav on a viewing of the property, and they instantly fell in love with the house and wanted to make an offer. We then successfully negotiated a purchase price between them and the homeowner.

Simultaneously, we secured an offer over the asking price on their current home. Managing the purchase of their new home and progressing the sale of their current home gave Helen and Gav the advantage of dealing with one estate agent and peace of mind that the whole process would be seamless.
